Shall continue with my jrock rants since its my latest obsession ^_^
After listening to ALOT more jrock stuff, my top 10 favs in the jrock scene changed rather drastically :P
So now, its like this...no solo jrock artist included though...since i'm mainly stuck on bands :P

I'm really starting to like An Cafe ALOT *o* i was so wrong when i thought they're a band with average music + vocals...lets just say i didnt listen to enough of their stuff at that time...the 1st An Cafe song i heard was Mousou Aikouka, and it seriously gave me the impression that An Cafe isnt anything too fantastic...just decent & average...but i still enjoyed the song...just days ago, i heard this one song that made me change my mind about An Cafe...Tekesuta Kousen is total LOVE! *o* The music is freaking awesome & Miku sounds absolutely great in that song...i watched the PV last night & GOD...its tooo cute XD but being the biased ass i am, i'm only looking at Miku & Bou :P Miku's ALWAYS cute & the way he sings/screams is crazy...the way he moves when singing isnt cute at all because its just too wild *o* yet another contradiction to his super cute face o.O" Bou's ALWAYS cute too & i swear my eyes were popping when i saw him play the guitar...i seriously didnt really notice how fast the guitar solos in the song are until i saw Bou's hands moving at lightning speed *o* and in this PV, Miku gets angry or moody & runs off on his own...Bou, Teruki & Kanon then set off to find him...its just sooo freaking cute to see Miku moodswing XD and the way he walks in a depressed manner cracked me up XD in the end he was found by BTK & they kidnapped him back XD i was screaming throughout the PV...due to excitement of finding the PV & also because Bou & Miku are too cute to ignore ^_^
Heard more of their songs & i'm really loving how energetic their songs are...Miku is a great vocalist too...another really nice song by them would be Snow Scene ^_^
I heard a few more songs by Girugamesh too & seriously, their stuff arent as heavy-sounding as i've expected ^_^ but their best song IMO is still Fukai no Yami...I just have a thing for heart-wrenching tunes combined with emo & nice vocals :P
Havent heard too much from Ayabie either...but i heard this one song that convinced me they gotta be another awesome band XD Meefishu no Uta, Koigara no Suihou is total LOVE...one of the most beautiful songs i've ever heard...normally, i cant really appreciate songs with piano solos ONLY...they just have a hypnotizing effect to me, except for a rare few...but this song is totally different...the piano in this song drives me mad because it sounds soooo nice! The beauty of this song is beyond words...if i havent heard this song for myself, i would be really horrified if anyone told me about a jrock vocalist (other than Isshi) singing a piano solo song...but Aoi's vocals really blend with the piano soooo well! His vocals in this song really compliments the piano cause hes singing REALLY softly...be it vocal-wise or music-wise, this song is a beautiful masterpiece...its so beautiful it makes me tear when i listen to it in the dead of the night T_T
The rest of Ayabie's stuff i've heard are rockish & seriously, Aoi sounds great singing rockish tunes too! In fact, its hard to imagine the Aoi singing Mefisshu no Uta, Koigara no Suihou & the Aoi singing Taikanshiki Zenya are the same person :P but either way, hes a great vocalist ^_^
SID...my newest eye-candy! I havent heard enough to comment on their music but Mao's vocals are pretty good! And Aki looks soooo hot he scares me...cant really say why...but hes just scarily handsome...or it could be his expression...he looks like a vampire, a VERY handsome one XD
SectMateria...its seriously killing me to think about them T_T all i've ever heard of them is the SHORT preview on their official site T_T their 1st single was released on 27.12.06 but nobody seems to have it T_T the preview sounds soooo nice! Gene's vocals sound good too! I found the kanji lyrics of their 1st single by chance but whats the use when i dont have the songs? T_T and i'm not the only one hunting for their stuff...are they THAT unknown or what? T___T
