OMG i soooo need to scream......about many different people too! XD
First, i'll start off with SectMateria ^_^
Like i said before, their debut single kicked ass & thats not all...Gene has such a cute voice too! When i listen to their songs using my comp, i thought Gene has great vocals...but listening to his voice using my mp3 player is another thing...1 great thing about these plug-in earpieces is that they let you listen to something more clearly (probably cause its closer to your eardrums? XD) Anyway, was listening to Calls on my way home & i suddenly realised how cute Gene's voice is! *0* I dont know about his talking voice since i've yet to hear it, but his singing voice is too cute to be true! Not just that, he sounds cute even when screaming! *dies* And this is TOTALLY unexpected...before i heard him sing, i guessed his vocals will be somewhere along the lines of Nightmare's vocalist (Yomi? not too sure :P) but NO! I would never have guessed someone who looks like that would have such a cute voice...not that hes ugly, but he just gives off the cho-kakkoii vibe & hes so pretty too! His vocals dont exactly sound cute literally but it just sounds soooo super duper cute to my ears *giggles*cant really explain how so but his vocals are undeniably unique ^_^
Now hes even starting to look cute to me XD but yea, SectMateria rocks! *beams*
Next person to scream about is Satoshi from Girugamesh! ^_^
Managed to find Girugamesh's cover of Mika's Glamourous Sky days ago but i only added it into my mp3 player last night...so today i was listening to it on my way home & i fell in love with it! To be honest, i've never really liked Glamourous Sky...i thought it was just an average rockish song with a catchy chorus when i 1st heard it, even though i was impressed with how nice Mika sounds singing rock...then i became pretty sick of the song because of all the hype for NANA...sure, i loved the 1st movie alot (dont know about the 2nd one since i dont intend to watch) but the anime sucks...thats IMO, since i hate most shojo manga storylines -.-" but Girugamesh's ver totally made me love this song ^_^ not being biased but i like the musical arrangement for Girugamesh's ver better :P Mika's ver had really jarring guitars & i can hardly hear the drums...but in Girugamesh's ver, the guitars & drums are really well-balanced so they sound alot smoother ^_^ not to mention Satoshi's vocals here totally blew me away *0* he actually sounds really light-hearted & cheery! Thats rare since he always sounds so deep & depressing in Girugamesh's songs :P but thats probably to fit in with their dark-sounding music XD Mika's ver is cool but Girugamesh's ver is total fun! Its so much fun i had to stop myself from grinning since i'm on the bus XD Satoshi is another cutie & yea, i love Girugamesh too! *beams*
Lastly, i have to scream about GazettE...
Finally heard Hyena single last night & all 3 songs on it are sooo freaking awesome! Hyena is obviously awesome since i've heard it long ago :P but Chizuru & Defective Tragedy sound really awesome too! Chizuru sounds kinda haunting but thats the beauty of the song *0* I heard its the theme song for some horror movie (forgot which one) & its a really suitable song i guess...only, i would be too stuck in how wonderful this song is to continue watching the movie :P Defective Tragedy has a really interesting tune...cant describe but Ruki sings softly, raps & screams in it *melts* Both Chizuru & Defective Tragedy are powerful enough to be single A-sides too IMO...and yea, the ONLY thing thats keeping me from ordering this single is the sad fact that i didnt buy Kagrra,'s Utakata single T_T if i can give up buying that single due to financial constraints, theres no reason why i cant do the same for this single T__T"
