Oh yes...i finally made a new banner! *beams*
this new banner features Mikaru (vocalist of Dio - Distraught Overlord), Kisaki (bassist of Phantasmagoria + boss of UNDERCODE Productions) & of course Ruki (vocalist of GazettE)!
the barely visible words at the back are lyrics to Kagrra,'s Hyakki Yakou. its not my fav Kagrra, song but i chose the lyrics because i love how Isshi writes about Oni stories in his lyrics ^_^
and for the people who cant read, the red words = Akuma no CHECKMATE, which is the name of my blog (means "Devil's CHECKMATE" basically XD).
Went shopping with Mitchell today! ^_^
We bought nail polish, took purikura & went to many different places XD its really fun XD
and i feel kinda sorry for failing at the purikura machine. like we were given some time to add effects to our purikuras & i totally wasted away all the time because i was confused & didnt know what to do with them -_-" so poor Mitchell was left with 30 secs to salvage the 2 photos i'm supposed to handle (which were barely touched cause i screwed up the effects & undid everything XD) O_O" well she did manage to finish creating the backgrounds for both pics though m(_ _)m i'm just hopeless with such stuff i guess :P but nevertheless i'm still happy with our purikuras ^_^ i'll scan & post them when i have the chance ^_^
and yes the nail polish. cant wait to try them out on sunday! ^_^ well i would have tried them out tonight, if not for the fact that i have work for the next 2 days & i dont want my nail polish ruined -_-"
we went to browse mags in Kinokuniya too! ^_^ she browsed Gothic Lolita Bible vol.25 while i was browsing the latest issue of Cure. Cure isnt too bad but ultimately, Shoxx is still the best IMO. maybe because i'm more familiar with the bands Shoxx features (well i buy Shoxx faithfully each month afterall) :P and even though theres a feature of Ayabie in Cure, i cant help feeling it would have been more impressive in Shoxx. i'm referring to the choice of pictures of course. i also saw a feature of Dolly & Mix Speakers Inc in Cure. Dolly looks sooo awesome as ever but MSI is disturbing as ever. their new image is shown & its totally as annoying as their old one -_-" but like i've said, i'll just stop looking at their pictures if their image annoys me that bad. i wont stop liking them because they put out undeniably awesome stuff. and argh i cant stop thinking about June's issue of Fool's Mate T_T i never really knew each issue of Fool's Mate comes with extras & the one for June's issue is actually a DVD containing footage from Angelo's first live! i'm more of a sucker for DVDs than i am for Angelo's live but still, the temptation is overwhelming T_T
on another note, now i know where Mana always appears in XD i cant quite believe it but Mana seems to be featured in every copy of Gothic Lolita Bible we can find there XD its interesting & somewhat amusing to know, but i'm not a Mana fan. my ears cant quite agree with the music he makes & he looks so darn out-of-this-world he actually scares me. and thats saying something, since i'm supposedly used to seeing people in out-of-this-world getups O_O"
GAH I WANT THAT ALBUM NOWWWWWWWWWWW!!! T_T
i dont even know how & where on earth people managed to get the full song of GazettE's BURIAL APPLICANT. its supposed to be on GazettE's new album, which will only be out on 4th July O_O whats worse, the full song of BURIAL APPLICANT is in VERY decent quality (HQ i would say) too m(_ _)m
now DONT ask me if that song is nice.
i screamed & died before Ruki's even done singing the 1st verse. i decided this would be the ONLY song i'll be listening to for the whole of tonight, before i'm even halfway through the song. i'm now convinced STACKED RUBBISH will be one of the best jrock albums of 2007 (along with albums like Kagrra,'s Shizuku & heidi's Kasou). i know i cant possibly LOVE GazettE anymore than this (Ruki esp) & i'm all ready to worship them. i've already planned to wake up at 6am & go to sleep on my sofa in the living room instead on 6th July, so i wont miss the EMS man when he comes to deliver my copy of the album. and i dont care which of my Jpop queens' folder i have to delete, but i'm definitely gonna have this entire album in my mp3 player.
so yes, DONT ask me if that song is nice.
oh but i cant quite believe 6th July is still such a LONG way away T_T
