Safari sucks like mad. no need to even dream of blogging when it keeps hanging halfway through typing a post. because i'm not that keen on re-typing my post, i'll make everything short.
life's unbelievably sucky these days, with both school & work trying to outdo each other in being sucky. everything's so bad i wish i'll just drop dead. life's just too tiring sometimes.
the only saving grace in my entire life, is still VK.
hide's memorial live was great. i liked majority of the bands who participated ^_^ strangely, bands like Diru or GazettE didnt participate...but then again, i guess they're busy with their own concerts? :P eh oh no wait! Diru participated! so yea, its just GazettE, and they're definitely busy with their own stuff :P
watched Versailles' The Revenant Choir perf & Kamji didnt sound as good as i was expecting him to...not that he sang badly or what, but i was expecting something earth-shaking since hes a big-shot :P then Hizaki & Jasmine You had fake boobs -_- i dont think Hizaki needs it at all, since hes already tooo pretty *o* no comments about Jasmine You though, since he scares me the same way Kaya does X_X i dont hate either of them though :P Teru's gorgeous as always ^_^ and its cute how he & Hizaki looked up at the crowd in the midst of playing their guitar solo at the exact same time XD maybe they planned it or something, but the effect they gave was pretty funny, since they're both very obviously too engrossed in their lightning speed fingering to take care of their expressions XD
watched Phantasmagoria's eternal silence perf & god. i cant even describe how i felt as i watched their perf *o* its been sooo long since i last saw Kisaki onstage with his bass, and i never thought i'll see them play together as a band again *o* i missed Kisaki & Jun...Riku's giving out chariots vibes, but thats fine since i love chariots ^_^ and i think this is one of the times where Riku sounded best *o* somehow, Kisaki & Jun werent as flashy there...i cant tell if its just the feel they're giving out, or is it really the case X_X Iori looks refreshed with his short hair, but those extensions look weird...it doesnt mean they're blend with Iori's hair just because they're of the same color. and if those arent extensions at all, i'll be really horrified. not trying to be mean or biased, but i dont really look at Matoi. i dont hate him or anything, but he gives me the "Ojisan" feel X_X it feels like hes older than Kisaki IMO, but i doubt he is...but of course, i wouldnt know about that XD gah i'm now convinced i can never hate Kisaki, no matter how hes damn good at making fangirls fork out their money XD
watched DaizyStrippers's DANDELION perf & i'm actually surprised they participated in this event. like afterall, they're indies & they're kinda baby-like, as compared to the other bands there. but its lucky they have Yuugiri ^_^ Yuugiri's a really great vocalist, and hes charismatic too *o* he sounded sooo good, and the actions he makes...i can hardly take my eyes off him (and that says alot since i liked Rei the most) *o* oh but Rei's hot too! *o* i think they've done really well, since it should be the 1st time they're performing in such a big event ^_^ Yuugiri really did well in making the audience participate, since its possible not everyone there had even heard of them before :P i'm now looking at DaizyStripper (& Yuugiri especially) in a whole new light XD the beginning part where Yuugiri sings the chorus with barely any music in the background kills m(_ _)m
watched this small clip showing the people performing next, and theres X-Japan. it hurts to see them because it just reminds me of the fact that hide was part of them T_T and i still remember Yoshiki's speech on hide's funeral T_T at any rate, the vocalist (whatever his name is) still sounds as ear-splitting as he was, back when X-Japan was ruling the Jrock scene. but of course, its only right that X-Japan should perform in this event.
watched D'espairsRay's BRILLIANT perf & frankly speaking, i'm not too impressed with their new song. or maybe i'll need to listen to it again, which i'm going to XD Hizumi's hot, as always *o* i love what hes wearing *o* and after watching the perf again, i think i do like their new song afterall XD i feel sorta sad for DaizyStripper when i compare the response they got from the audience with the response D'espairsRay got X_X but at least i think DaizyStripper should have gotten new fans through this XD back to D'espairsRay, i can hardly see handsome Tsukasa, since hes like moving his head alot O_O but doesnt matter since theres Hizumi to drool over anyway XD Hizumi does sound different from his recorded voice sometimes, but hes still undeniably good ^_^
am now watching X-Japan's Pink Spider perf from youtube, and somehow my eyes got all watery when someone passed Yoshiki hide's trademark guitar T_T Yoshiki's expression when playing hide's guitar just makes it worse T_T and Pink Spider's hide's last song too! T_T thank god the vocalist sounded alright when singing Pink Spider. but then again, i figured he'll probably sound pretty alright as long as hes not trying to hit those crazy high notes -_-"
