Life as a yaoi fangirl sucks when you see tragedy endings everywhere -_-"

and i had the lame luck of watching 2 on the same night -_-"
by the time i finished the 2nd one, i totally wanted to cry outta exasperation already…
like for both i had not expected this kinda ending…well i wouldnt have watched if i knew the ending was sad because i'm one hell of a sucker for HAPPY endings.

the 2nd one i watched was this:
Some parts are just so sweet ^^ but its really distracting to know that the subs are VERY inaccurate, judging by what i'm hearing X_X and sometimes theres no subs even! -_-" whoever did such a pathetic job of subbing the movie is probably out to annoy those who cant understand japanese -_-

my favorite scene from the movie is the 1st scene, which is shown in the top part of the 1st pic i posted above *o* they're holding hands & Noeru looks totally pretty *o*

but this Kotani guy who acted as Mamiya…he gives me this scrawny feel -_-"
thank god Noeru's hot enough though ^^

now allow me to bitch about the bad parts of this movie.
- awkard acting, especially during the crying parts. yea they're definitely howling with sadness, but not a single tear O_O eye drops would have come in handy…
- Noeru seems to have all sorts of physical contact with everyone else, all except for Mamiya -_- cant they throw in a few scenes of the both of them, just to please yaoi fangirls?
- not to say getting stabbed wont be fatal, but they could have at least added in scenes of Mamiya rushing Noeru to the hospital or something. throughout the beach scene at the end i kept thinking that this is just so damn lame. maybe Noeru just lost consciousness after being stabbed but didnt die? or at least he might have survived if they brought him to the hospital instead of the sea -_-

and whats with yaoi movies/dramas ALWAYS ending up in tragedy?
frankly speaking, i'm still feeling bitter over Renai Shindan's 2 yaoi stories -_- tragedy endings for both -_-"

all these tragedy endings make me wanna swear my love to Ai no Kotodama & watch it once everyday m(_ _)m
plus, i love both the actors (Hidenori especially *o*)

or rather, i'll be listening to VanessA's songs in a whole new manner of appreciation XD
and thats because hes the vocalist of VanessA ^^

i've liked VanessA since their debut release, but i've never really bothered checking up on the members (which isnt strange considering how outdated i am where VK boys are concerned, though i'm not outdated where releases are concerned) :P

on his blog, theres this questionaire he did where he answered 100 questions.
apparently, most of his answers are kinda screwed XD but thats not really a new thing where VK boys are concerned XD

no matter how i try NOT to be biased, Japanese is just such a beautiful language.
although i actually think Mandarin can be beautiful in a poetic way too, but Japanese is still the most beautiful language IMO XD

everytime i hear something really beautiful in a song, i feel lucky to be able to understand what i've heard ^^ and at the same time, i'm motivated to master this language thats seriously way more complicated than Eng/Chi O_O

plans for holiday:
- work (nothing new, except that i'll be working more days than usual)
- flyer job at IT fair in mid-March

either everyone's lying to me about when they actually sent out my stuff, or shipping processes have just been damn slow these days -_-"

私には話すことがちょっと苦手だ。でも理由は解らないよ！

逆に、話す時だけはゆっくり話さなければならない（＞o＜）

Oooh yes its the holy season again~! ^^
CNY rocks XD

and as i've been saying countless times, CNY rocks only because its the only time in the year for money-deprived people to become slightly richer XD

so as with every year, my mood's kinda gooood now XD
anyway, i'm now listening to Shimokawa Mikuni's Reprise album & she totally kicks ass m(_ _)m
i've always been a fan of her, but i wasnt really expecting her to kick ass in nearly every song in Disc 1, since some of the songs have been covered by a few other singers i really love :P
but as good as Disc 1 is, i'm not gonna download Disc 2. trying to download from MU has become way too painful after i changed my Tiger OS for a Leopard OS T_T and from the tracklist, i figured Disc 2 is probably just her covering her own songs, so i guess it wont make much difference without it since i can always listen to the original versions ^^

and Onmyouza's new single is kinda so-so. i thought Kureha was better :P
anyway, Kuroneko totally looks gorgeous on the cover *o*

Allow me, to boast about 1 of the (few) things i take pride in, in my life.
i got 92 outta 100 for my Intermediate 4 japanese term test at JAS~! *o* woohoo~!

that aside, i'm sooo gonna die missing my jap classes at JAS T_T
Hori-sensei's going off to Japan soon, & she'll only be back around mid-May. so my class's totally on hiatus the next teaching term at JAS X_X that means i'll have to wait till Sept for my pre-advance 1 class X_X
i guess i can try looking for another school to study jap, but i've decided to save myself from the trouble & just turn to mugging (hardcore-ly) for JLPT 2 instead :P no kidding about having to mug like crazy for it though, because i seriously doubt i can survive the grammar section with my current standards (though i know the vocab/kanji section is still kinda breezy)……
and judging from the set of 2007 JLPT 2 paper i bought, the listening section isnt something i can do well just because i'm not deaf -_-" the conversations there are kinda harder to understand than the lyrics of my beloved J-rock songs X_X but i think thats because of the speed they're talking plus their habit of dropping certain words in daily convo X_X
apparently, my classmate at JAS said JLPT 2 will be broken down into 2 parts starting from next yr……and because its JLPT, 2 parts = 2 years. not to mention 2x the test fees too -_- so i've decided that i MUST get through JLPT 2 this year. i think i'll be content with just a pass this time, regardless of how much i managed to score.

In preparation for CNY, my room is finally dust-free ^^
and i've just dyed my hair ^^ i guess the next thing left is to paint my nails the CNY-friendly color on Sunday morning (since i gotta work on Sat) :P

its seriously been ages since i last ordered something this expensive O_O"
and by expensive, i mean 6950¥, which is around 110+ SGD T_T
i've indeed kicked the bad habit of buying every single VK release i like, but this is something i MUST have!!! its the legendary DVD that contains PSC 10th Anniversary live m(_ _)m
i'm a diehard fan of PSC as a company, & i'm all the more a diehard fan of some bands under PSC. if it means getting to see GazettE in hakama & Kagrra, live, i think i have no reason to complain.
Gazeboys in hakama aside, i hate counting how many years its been since Kagrra, last released a live DVD. if my memory serves me well, the last live DVD they released should be in 2006? and thats seriously like freaking years ago, without the need for exaggeration T_T i've given up hope of ever getting to see live footage of their Shizuku & CORE tour by now T_T so i'm desperate enough, even if its just a few songs T_T

and because i'm gonna get this anyway, i might as well chip in more money for the limited edition. apparently the limited edition comes with 6 extra booklets. i would hope for those 6 booklets to be 1 of each the 4 major bands+ myv & 1 of the 2 indie PSC bands ^^

its too bad theres no version WITHOUT myv, because its probably gonna be cheaper without him *hides from myv fans*
oh well, maybe i can just hope he'll be less of a clown this time than he was during PSC live 2005 -_-

heh & i'm kinda excited to know my results for my end-of-term test at JAS (for intermediate 4) :P i totally shocked my teacher by finishing the test in around 15 min XD
still, being able to do it fast doesnt mean anything, so i hope i'll do better than last term this time round ^^

i've always thought they've been getting too popular lately, but now that i think about their ages……i think its time they achieved this level of popularity in the VK scene ^^

Woohoo i just realised HMV Jpn now sells books too~! ^^
i suspect its because they collaborated with BK1 or something, so they have a very good range of books too ^^

well since the manga prices are the same, i might as well buy them from HMV Jpn in future ^^
HMV Jpn lists the EMS shipping costs as ¥900 as usual, and thats definitely better than BK1, because there you'll never know how much the shipping costs until they ask you to pay O_O"
and yay my list of mangas to buy for Feb is up ^^
now that the prices of Cure & Shoxx have gone up on Yesasia, i'll just need to buy 1 manga (instead of 2) in order to reach the free shipping amount ^^ heh so i'll continue buying both Shoxx & Cure monthly~! ^^ gah now i'll have to grab the Feb issue from Kinokuniya since i didnt order it O_O

LOL speaking of my mangas, i've moved majority of my yaoi mangas to a new (& less exposed place) XD so now my VK DVDs are beaming at me from through the glass where i used to keep my yaoi mangas & my beloved mangas are resting in the drawer where my VK CD+DVDs used to be :P
my volumes of Loveless, Wild Adapter & Kuroshitsuji are still in the same old place though, since i consider them to be safer XD frankly speaking, i'm itching to move my beloved yaoi mangas back to the same place because they'll be more accessible there……but the reason why i moved them at all was to avoid living in constant fear of my parents discovering the fact that i actually read such stuff -_-"
and it totally sucks to have to put my VK CDs in a different place from my VK DVDs T_T
this whole arrangement is just wrong! X_X" but due to space constraint in this small room of mine, i cant see any other way to allocate all these stuff! X_X"

just watched his GHOST PV on youtube & i love that song! i admit its indeed not at all a Gackt-style song, but that doesnt make it a bad song :P

there was a short period of time when i preferred Undercode more though, but not anymore since Vidoll "graduated" from UC already X_X" well i like all the bands currently under UC though (Nega & SIVA esp) ^^
and of course, i like all the bands under PSC (except for miyavi) :P miyavi isnt a band since hes just 1 guy, but whatever the case, you get my point that i dont like him :P

hmm whats with VK boys acting nowadays? like i know Satsuki & maru acted in a play together sometime ago……then now i'm hearing about how Ayabie, SCREW & Takeru will be acting in a movie or something o_O not trying to look down on anyone, but i just dont really trust the acting skills of VK boys……they'll probably be lousier at acting than Ayu XD but i guess just the thought of being able to see them is appealing enough XD

was flipping through my old issues of Cure and OMG i saw DELUHI. they're one of the best new bands (alright maybe not that new) out there IMO m(_ _)m Leda's sooo hot *o* and Juri totally looks damn prince-ly in blonde *o*
then i saw live pictures of Siva. i've always thought Kairi's a very handsome man, but OMG this is the 1st time i actually feel that Cell's pretty good-looking too *o* maybe because finally theres a close-up picture of him without his fav mask XD

dang. the more i flip through my old issues of Shoxx, the more i regret not buying this month's issue T_T maybe i should revise my decision to stop buying it (since thres the problem of minimum purchase amount for free shipping on Yesasia anyway) T_T

oh & i just looked at Gazeboys' calligraphy pieces ^^
just like i expected, their calligraphy standard is somewhere around that of arisuboys, which is nothing compared to Kagrra, boys XD but i guess its only very fitting of Kagrra,'s image for them to be good in calligraphy ^^
and yay i think Ruki's calligraphy looks the best ^^

as with the start of every sem, i'm checking the Academic Calendar on NP web again.

and OMFG. its totally the right thing to do, because it makes returning to school seem alot better ^^
starting from tomorrow, i can start counting down 6 weeks to my next (long) holidays! *o* and OMG it also means 6 more weeks & i'll be done with my 2nd year in NP *o*
YAY. heh i shall save the terrible thoughts of how to deal with all the work i havent touched during the 3 weeks break for tomorrow X_X"

not entirely my fault though, not when Yesasia takes AGES to ship me my copy of Cure vol.65, which isnt really YA's fault either since the long wait is because of the yaoi mangas i order together with Cure :P and because i have faith in my internet connection, i'm wondering why OHP of major bands are taking so damn long to load nowadays. Ayabie's new OHP, now that they've gone major, has 3 freaking loading bars. so as expected, the waiting time is 3 times longer than usual -_- and GazettE's OHP doesnt seem to load any faster -_-

oh but its nice to know GazettE has a new single scheduled for release on 03.25! *o* thats a good day, because its the hearsay release date of CRIMSON SPELL vol.3 (which i hope would be true) *o*
anyway, the new single's called DISTRESS AND COMA ^^ the sound of the name makes me hope for a Nausea and Shudder XD

and speaking of yaoi news, OMFG 1 of my dreams came true! *o*
Ai no Kusabi's gonna get a remake!!! and this time, the OVA's gonna be 13 eps long! m(_ _)m not sure if its gonna be released as 13 separate OVAs or an entire anime series, though i think the latter is less likely X_X imagine how we yaoi fangirls are all gonna die waiting for the OVAs to be out 1 by 1 T_T
still, i love AnK too much to care anymore. i'm just dying to see more of Riki & Iason, be it the 3 years which wasnt shown in the 2 oldie OVAs or some new stuff ^^
from what i see on the new OHP of AnK, new Riki looks super good (shall ignore the fact that hes too muscular for my preferences, since guys in AnK have always been like that)! strangely, i actually thought the new Iason looked less pretty than the old one. and because apparently majority of them yaoi fangirls feel the same about this too, we're all hoping its just the pic on the OHP. afterall, pics & the actual graphics seen in animes arent always the same.
too bad Iason cant have the original seiyuu this time, since hes dead already T_T i seriously melted over Iason's voice in the 2 oldie OVAs T_T well hope they'll be able to find someone who can do the job just as well...and OMG pls let Riki have his original seiyuu!!!! *o*

Countdown was crazy O_O

met up with Jo at around 3+ in town, then we went to buy her socks ^^
after that, we took a bus to Holiday Inn, where we met up with Spens, Ben & Liting ^^ apparently LT had a hotel room *o*

we were totally drinking in the room before we even went Zouk XD and speaking of drinking, Absolut Los Angeles is damn nice! m(_ _)m limited edition too! XD
went down to queue for Zouk & Phuture at around 9 (not really sure what time it was), then we went back to the hotel after getting the entrance stamp.
so the plan was to watch fireworks from the hotel room before going back to have fun at Zouk. so while waiting for the fireworks, we drank somemore & Mel totally got super high O_O LOL she said she cant walk straight when we were walking back to Zouk after the fireworks XD

and OMG the fireworks *o* i love fireworks! *o*
Hanabi is such a fitting name for them, because they really do look like bright flowers in the sky ^^ and the view from the hotel room was damn good! we could totally see the fireworks (not sure from which location they're from) very clearly m(_ _)m

its me & Jo's 1st time in Zouk's Mambo!
LOL actually i dont really have much comments about it since i'm never much of a clubber (seeing as i'm a combi of Fujou+Bangya) & my brain's moving too slowly for me to follow the actions of Mambo King at that time :P and because i've never in my life known how to dance, i think i'm probably moving in the same way all the time i was there -_-" but people there are probably too high to notice anyway :P
and OMG we saw 4 okamas there too! O_O they were trying to hit on a couple of westerners who walked past -_-"

it was 6am in the morning by the time we finally left Zouk O_O
nearly 6 hours of clubbing! that totally explains why my legs feel like jelly & my back is aching -_-"

Woohoo this horrible year has finally come to an end XD

going to countdown at Zouk tonight with Spens, Jo & Ben ^^
and after that, i'll be able to get a free ride back, as long as i wait for my sis to knock off :P

Back from chalet, back from depression (more of job blues) ^^

also, if all goes well next fri, i'll have a new job *prays*

Xmas chalet was crazy ^^
thanks to the drinking game introduced by Isaac, we drank like mad on both nights XD
there were even a few casualties on the 2nd night! XD the few of them went to merlion in the toilet XD

so from what i can recall, we had the following alcoholic drinks there:
White wine x1
Whisky x1
Midori x2
Mango Vodka x1
Absolute Vodka x1
Coffee Liquor x1
Singapore Sling (mixture) x1

heh apparently most of the casualties claimed to have merlion-ed thanks to Edwin's 50:50 mix of Mango Vodka & Calamansi juice. on the other hand, Edwin claims that thats because theres not enough Calamansi XD

and OMG its my 1st time eating turkey *o*
dinner on the 2nd night was crazy. we seriously had ALOT of food there XD
from what i can recall, we had:

Log cake

that customer i encountered today, is just as bad as the worst customer i've ever encountered.
and he, like the old hag i encountered ages ago, dont derserve to live. this is why i'll NEVER be christian, unless i get brainwashed of all my memories. in my opinion, if God existed then such people should have dropped dead the moment they think of being so horrible to others. and i'm NEVER gonna see any truth in bullshit sayings such as loving everyone as children of God. people with hearts as ugly as that dont deserve any love, simply because it all boils down to the same fact that they dont even deserve to live.

i go to sleep every night & wake up every morning with the same resolutions i've made.
i dont need to be reminded again why this earth is filthy, humans are ugly, & life sucks.
if i'm crying, its only because i'm beyond despair at the fact that such people cant just drop dead immediately.
i'll be looking forward to the end of the world, because earth can never be saved if its not purged of the filth polluting it. its just impossible to think kindly of humans anymore, so it wouldnt be too bad to see mankind come to an end.

i'm back from desaru! ^^
everything there is just more or less what i've expected, except that the firefly thingy was much better ^^

upon reaching there, we went straight to the fruit farm which wasnt so nice, thanks to the sweltering hot weather & the "aroma" of those organic fertilisers -_-"
the animals there are cute thought ^^

then at night, we went driven to some ulu & small jetty, where we boarded this motorboat thing that totally looks like a huge thick slab of wooden plank fixed with a motor in the middle XD
this pro hokkien uncle then brought us to see the fireflies. i have to describe the rest in jap because that happened to be the language i was thinking in last night :P

Sometimes in life, dont you just hate people who work TOO hard?

its actually none of my business if they wanna work on every little thing like their life depended on it, but its a different story when they spoil the entire market.

so when you're unlucky enough to be struggling in the same market as a handful of such people...for people like me who'll NEVER give more than we're asked to, we PRAY.
in fact, we end up having to pray goddamn hard for a mere pass, when actually we already deserved to pass for what we've done.

but because people have the tendency to compare things, we suffer.

and some people always laugh when i say life's tough.
with these feelings bottled up inside, the best i can give to the overly-hardworking people out there is this -- (o_O)
well thats definitely kinder than the rude noises i like to make/ rolling eyes/ sarcastic remarks (all of which i feel like doing everytime i encounter such people) IMO -_-

the hardcore yaoi fangirl in me wants to say that its a sin for yaoi stories to NOT have happy endings XD
but seriously......a handful of yaoi stuff made me cry already X_X
like its totally heart-wrenching to even think about 間の楔 now T_T everything about it just kills me T_T its a very good story, but the ending.......of course its not an entirely shitty ending, but it could have been better T_T
i do believe that being able to die together with the one you love most is the one of the best endings you can possibly get in the game of life though T_T

JLPT 3 is finally over!!! ^^
personally, i find it relatively easy. it even feels like i over-studied for it XD
cant wait for the results to be out!! hope i'll do well enough to earn the 100 bucks from JAS XD

placed an order on BK1 last night, because i wanted to use up my 300¥ gift coupon before it expires end of the year...
i only bought 2 mangas, which of course dont cost much, but the shipping fee KILLS O_O"
i thought i'll try out OCS this time, which turned out to be a mistake because they end up charging more than EMS, which is already very costly to start with -_-"
so now i know EMS is the best choice for registered shipping...

but seriously i should stop trying to compare the amount i pay for buying mangas from BK1 to that of buying from Kinokuniya X_X
like i should be glad i'm even able to lay my hands on those raw yaoi mangas in the 1st place, because Kinokuniya just refuses to bring in anything thats got anything to do censorship problem here (not that i've tried asking them to) -_- and its not like i even have any other sites i can turn to for my yaoi mangas anyway...sites like Amazon JP actually make BK1 look cheap :P
so i really should stop feeling the pain over the goddamn sky-high shipping costs & start being grateful :P

speaking of mangas, i'm considering not ever returning to watch Naruto anime anymore...

sooo many days later & i'm still dying over 3GA.
its nice to know the dateline got extended by 1 week, because it means i'll be able to at least finish what i had planned to do. but on the down side, it also means that Oran will be having higher expectations (since he gave us more time already) T_T
worked on UT2 like mad today, so i've finally gotten around 60% of my 3GA assignment done. i'm lacking a bunch of textures for the static meshes i created using Maya, plus some other static meshes here & there which i've yet to create in Maya X_X then theres the particle system i have to include in my assignment, which i have totally no recollection of how i ever managed to do it in class some weeks ago T_T
i cant decide if the dateline extension is good or bad. if the dateline wasnt extended, most people from my class would have died, but at least its alot of people dying together. and dateline extension means i'll have to be worrying over all these UT2 shit for another goddamn week T_T
i know i'm hopeless, but i seriously wanna just drop dead whenever some stupid problem crops up in UT2 & something fails to work T_T

and all of a sudden theres a RIA assignment due next tue.
Oran's teaching both 3GA & RIA, so isnt it already more than obvious to him that we're all dying under the stress of 3GA? why throw in a RIA assignment at this point in time?
i'm starting to think its a VERY bad thing to have him taking us for 2 modules this sem. assignments that give you hell are always guaranteed in the modules he teaches (maybe except for GAD) T_T

heh somehow i got into the mood for techno music suddenly during RIA today ^^
its probably got something to do with not being able to create a cookie on php, even though Oran already gave us the most crucial line of coding required X_X"
but of course, theres also the part of me that wants to relive the good old days when i was listening to techno like mad ^^ that should be a good 9-10 years ago though XD

after tomorrow's presentation, i'm gonna be sooo done with SAD (for the time being) ^^
hope my group will be able to finish up everything on time though X_X" i cant even say for sure if we're 50% done with it already X_X"
and 3GA......i just hope i'll be able to complete it before fri, because i cant quite picture myself surviving all these very tedious stuff T_T" seriously, i still dont even have the slightest idea how to import my Maya 3D models into UT2 as static meshes T_T and all that crap about having to import textures separately...like for a start i dont even know how to create my own textures (unless its actually what they call that whole process of making something in photoshop & saving it in TGA format) T_T
people might think that an emergency staircase wont have much details to start with, but theres actually alot to do, once you look at it closely. still, i think its a better choice than doing toilets :P but because i'm just hopeless at 3GA, i'm still gonna scrimp on whatever details i can :P afterall, i think its much more of a priority to complete the whole damn thing 1st, instead of dying over every small detail -_-"

work over the weekends was the total nightmare.
the only good thing is, i'm now soooo goddamn used to my job, nothing really freaks me out anymore XD

so i went to work on sat, thinking its gonna be yet another average weekend at work, but i was wrong.
the delivery men & their companies are just a bunch of hardworking people. they totally delivered all the 5 PALLETS of our 2nd batch of school books on sat O_O" and i really have to emphasize, its 5 PALLETS!!!
i didnt even wanna watch when the delivery uncles were unloading all the packs & cartons of books X_X
its really a miracle how theres still 1 narrow pathway between each shelf for customers to walk, after all the 5 pallets of books have been unloaded into my department.

and the next miracle, is how me & a few other colleagues managed to settle more than 4 pallets of books *beams*
actually its mainly me & another colleague inside the textbook counter, setting up all the new books ^^ the rest helped out by passing us stocks from the outside ^^ well they were more of helping out my colleague in the counter though, because i think its too much trouble to tell them exactly what titles i'm missing. its really much faster to just go outside & hunt for them on my own :P setting up all those books in the counter wasnt all that easy, due to the chaotic condition of the counter when we stepped in on sat (all thanks to that retard who thinks shes smarter than us) -_- so before we could bring in any new books, we actually had to deal with all the mess inside 1st, which was more challenging than arranging the locations of new books -_-"
anyway, i think my HOD should feel really grateful we helped her with those 5 pallets of books...if we left her to deal with it all, 50% of those books will probably still be lying unsorted around my department 1 week later -_- some people are just unbelievably useless (still aimed at that same old retard)...hope my HOD will at least keep up her current work so that she doesnt fall into that category -_-

school-wise, i'll just pray sincerely to any God up there, that i'll be able to at least snatch a pretty D for my 3GA assignment due on fri. i'm just soooo freaking pissed with this whole shit, i've decided to do a sloppy job of it -_-
its really beyond me to produce quality work using programs i'm not even familiar with, & within such a short time. not everyone's born with the ability to create wonders using Maya & UT2. i'm definitely NOT. i can use Maya & in fact i'm starting to like Maya, but UT2 is just unusable to me X_X" and to make things worse, i dont even have the slightest idea how to import my 3D Maya models into UT2. i know a couple of my classmates have already explained the method in class the other day, but given my knowledge of UT2, its all alien talk -_-"
so hopefully, whatever i submit will be enough to ensure me a D for the assignment. afterall, arent people only supposed to get an F is they didnt submit anything or submitted incomplete work? i dont deserve an F for producing half-assed work, when its seriously all i can manage (just that its half-assed crap to others) T_T

lastly, because i'm a simple yaoi fangirl with simple pleasures...
i think its the best news of the month to know that CRIMSON SPELL vol.3 will be released next year m(_ _)m
its my 2nd bible after JR ^^ but i seriously hope it really will be released on 25th Mar 2009, as stated on the YA LJ Comm *o* not sure where they got that date from though, because yamane stated on her blog that CS vol.3 will be released between Mar to May next year (unless i missed it out) O_O" but Mar is long enough already, so i really hope it wont be later than Mar...i'm like dying to get it already!!! *o*
heh but at least thats one motivation to survive this sem & stay alive till Mar next year XD

none of the songs appealed to me, until track 8 (aka 蒼い孤島) :P the 1st 7 songs are just too happy for my taste :P i was sooo close to concluding that this album is way lousier than her previous album Contact, until i heard 蒼い孤島 :P
heh & i liked nearly every song that came after that ^^
so overall, Parade's not too bad :P and in fact, i'm putting into my iPod the same number of songs from Parade as from Contact XD

gah JLPT's next sun & i dont even think i'm halfway done studying T_T
i'm still aiming for a solid 300 outta 400 at least, so i'm totally gonna start mugging already...hope that i'll be able to make it in time then :P

well before i go on to praise her to the skies, allow me to say how people at AFA freak me out. those freaking aninerds -_-"
theres nothing wrong with loving anime/Jap culture, because i cant live without them either. but its another thing to be walking around, dressed in such ridiculous clothes -_-" i'll NEVER be able to agree with them. i admit i'm not exactly wearing what normal people would deem as average outfit, BUT its not like i'm dressed to freak people out. and i'm not talking about cosplayers here, because i've never seen the point of them. like i wonder what those people think they're doing, all those failed attempts at lolita fashion & all -_-" its basically a waste of money to invest on clothes you cant pull off (like how some people can look like they're wearing stockings when they're just wearing knee-high socks, thanks to their short legs- you cant even see any leg between the socks & the length of their lolita skirt, which was never made to be anywhere long enough to go near the knee) -_-" i hope May'n didnt manage to see much of those people from the stage. this piece of land's unattractive enough as it is, & theres just no need to make things look as bad as they actually are -_-

so finally, after surviving the totally horrible CMI vocal performance by some unknown band's vocalist (the rest of the band weren't too bad actually), May'n came onstage.
i bet i would have cried tears of joy if it was someone i really really liked XD but yea, May'n is still relatively new to the industry ^^
shes really cute & her live perf was good too ^^ everything about her perf, excluding the tracklist, was kinda within my expectations. like for 1, i figured that she probably wont have any problem at all hitting her high notes, which turned out to be very true m(_ _)m then secondly, i expected her to sound pretty screechy during her high notes, which she did XD i swear my ears kinda hurt when she was singing INFINITY :P
one major cause is the volume of her mic...its like those people in-charge are really determined to make sure her voice can reach the entire hallroom or something, so the volume of her mic is like unusually LOUD. then theres the problem that she doesnt move her mic further away when shes belting out the high notes O_O well i dont blame her for that though, because we all know shes young & new XD so add in the fact that shes got a pretty screechy voice to start with, you can almost imagine how she sounds when shes belting out her high notes. plus, the whole atmosphere made her sing louder as each song proceeds ^^; its a really complex feeling there...feeling pain in your ears because she sounds soooo sharp & loud but still wanting to listen intently to her voice XD

so in the end, my ears did get quite a considerable amount of damage XD and so did Mit's XD still, i'm glad to have went to AFA & endured the sight of all those freaks there, just because i'm glad to have been able to listen to May'n sing live *o* too bad i couldnt see much of her though...but thats alright since we didnt buy the $68 tics & neither did we go there early for a good spot :P

seeing her live onstage really makes me think about my lifelong dream job *o*
its probably been years since i last talked about it, but its still the career i would wanna have the most, & it will probably stay that way in future too...even if i know its impossible T_T but oh well...its free to dream anyway so why not? and its not like i've ever learnt to give up on my impossible dreams after all my 19 years as an earthling :P
but dreams are what keeps me alive, so i'll keep dreaming till my last breath.

i've always found life to be sucky, & recently its just getting (if possible) worse -_-

how to look forward to the pathetic 3 weeks of extremely short-lived holidays next month?
not when i'm fully aware of what i'll be doing, instead of going to school. i'll probably still have projects to do, & i'll be slogging my guts out at work too!
and where work is concerned, i swear work will actually be enjoyable if all the useless fucktards get fired. the last thing any decent worker would wanna see, is how freaking useless morons are actually getting paid just like they are. we all know life's unfair, but being able to ignore the unjust is another thing -_-
and even if i still have passion for my job somehow, its seriously annoying the hell outta me when some people who get paid more not only fail to be of any use, they actually get in my way. like the least i would expect of them, since they cant be of any use at all, is to get outta my way when i'm trying to get work done. i'm soooo not kidding when i say such people should just drop dead for the better of earthling world.

then theres those assignments or projects, whatever my lecturers wanna call them. so could it be that i'm supposed to camp in school 24/7?
RIA has to be done in school because everyone needs the school server to test out our php codes. without any testing, how the hell are you supposed to know if your php codes actually work?
then DAD has to be done in school too because we'll need ProTools + Reason Adapted + an Mbox to do our project. the only better part about DAD though, is that at least Edward's kind enough to give us time in class to work on our project (unlike RIA).
3GA project, is still alright because i think i'll be able to do install UT2 on my sis's old (& dying) windows desktop. but if it turns out to be too lousy to even be able to support UT2, i might as well pack up all my stuff & go sleep in school already. either that, or i die, which i most probably will, because i'm just not made to be that hardworking -_-
apparently theres a SAD assignment too. i seriously dont even wanna think about it, because SAD is just utter bullshit. if our school fees are to be divided to the number of modules we take each sem, the portion for SAD should be refunded.

i'm seriously glad to be obsessed with yaoi. like seriously.
otherwise, i would probably have kissed goodbye with my job. afterall, its hard not to get disheartened when i look at the mess at my department (which looks like a tornado swept pass the whole of my dept, no kidding).

i cant tell if he was actually singing 恋一夜 at Shizuka's pitch, but his voice is definitely very high for a male ^_^ i kinda like Shizuka too, but Yasu's ver is just way better (n terms of both musical arrangement & vocals) m(_ _)m

its really not much of a surprise i'm gonna grab #1 & 2, because i love Itsuki Kaname's works m(_ _)m shes one of the best mangakas around IMO, in terms of drawing style *o* her stories arent that bad either, but i think she should just stick to drawing mangas based on novels (like #1 & 2) ^_^

like i would totally grab every book if she ever decided to draw out the rest of the Hanafurirou series XD shes definitely the best mangaka to draw out Suzuki Ami's Hanafurirou series too IMO, because shes the only one capable of coming up with characters that match the feel of the Hanafurirou series.

heh so now that the 2nd book of Kichou x Kagerou's love story is gonna be released in Dec, i cant possibly not buy #1 & 2 ^_^

heh as for #3, i cant say much about the mangaka since i dont even really know much about her :P but i'm buying it because i like the story ALOT m(_ _)m

this manga used to be published in yaoi manga mags (not sure which one), & i've actually already read quite a few chapters of it :P so now that this manga is gonna be released as a tankoubon, its only natural i'm gonna grab it XD

heh i think buying 3 yaoi mangas per month wont do much harm, so i should just place my order already ^_^

i've officially failed as a VK fangirl *dies*
and all simply because i lost to the goodness of yaoi X_X

not that i've come to stop loving Ruki & VK, but i've reached a certain conclusion about what i should be buying now.
wanting to make sure i dun strain my finances too much is something i should have done since ages ago.
and above that, i just cant seem to carry on ordering VK releases when i'm fully aware of how i only touch them when i receive them from the EMS delivery man. after that i'll just flip through the booklet (& maybe take a picture of it using my keitai) & squeeze it into my already packed drawer where all my VK CDs + DVDs go.
i've also been struggling with the guilt of not watching my GazettE STACKED RUBBISH Tour DVD, even though i had the limited edition boxset delivered to me within a week of its release, which was a good many months ago. not that i havent watched it at all, but i'm only done with Disc 1. i fast-forwarded my way through Disc 3 & i havent touched Disc 2 at all.
by now i'm obviously fully aware that any future VK releases i buy will just end up the same miserable way. like if this happened with GazettE's con, its gonna happen with EVERY other band's releases.

buying ~~yaoi~~ mangas, on the other hand, is more justified in the sense that i'll definitely read them as soon as i can.
like i finished reading all the 11 JR series mangas i grabbed off Yahoo Auctions Jpn in around 3 days? and certain volumes i've seriously lost count on how many times i've read them :P
plus, the fact that mangas cost way less than VK releases totally helps.

so the bottom line is, i'll still buy VK releases, but not random ones anymore. i'll only buy releases of those 8 bands i've chosen, and no more ordering of singles either (unless its from local HMV, in case i still lose to temptation XD).
anyway its not like theres much chance of me getting my orders before they leak out on the internet -_-" its actually the #1 reason why i dont even have the chance to take my VK CDs out of their cases at all -_-"
i'll continue buying both Shoxx & Cure though ^_^

i HATE weekend crowds.

theres just something about them that sets them apart from the normal weekday crowd.
like how they:

Been 3 days since school reopened...
everything's going on pretty well so far......but i seriously doubt things are gonna keep up that way -_-

so far i've only found PP4 & 3DM to be disturbing.
the projects we have to do for PP4 actually sound way better than that of PP3, except for the fact that it all involves a whole goddamn lot of flash work (and i'm close to being a flash idiot) X_X
my 1st 3DM class is actually tomorrow, but judging from what Yuan said, i can imagine myself dying over it already T_T

i can foresee myself falling in love with RIA, just as i did with MDB.
so far, PHP > Flash :P

for now, i need to....
- clear out enough HDD space on my mac to squeeze in the whole Adobe CS3 package + Maya 2009
- stop downloading more yaoi mangas before i finish the 8GB worth of yaoi mangas i already have in my mac

apparently i found this something that i would die to get, on Yahoo Auctions Japan. so i went & registered an account there & i won the bid! *o* feels like a dream actually, how i ever managed to figure out how the whole system works, because EVERYTHING's in jap O_O
and the messages with the seller (Maiko-san) was crazy, because i'm not dumb enough to try asking her to type me english messages (in case she really did & i failed to understand her) :P so i totally replied her in jap too. it wasnt much of a problem understanding her messages, but its the replying part that kills X_X i'm like only confident of getting certain phrases (such as もしできれば) & kanji correct, so its all up to her to figure out what i'm trying to say XD
but because the so-called "easy" payment method offered by Yahoo Auctions Japan refuses to accept my credit card (more like i doubt it accepts cards from overseas), i had to send a message to Maiko-san asking if she uses paypal. no doubt paypal charges transaction fees, but at least its in eng & its user-friendly XD

so at the end of the day (which is today), everything went on miraculously smoothly *beams*

erm i dont think this Suzuki Ami who wrote the Hanafurirou series is the same Suzuki Ami under Avex......but they might be the very same person for all i know, since i cant find any info about the Suzuki Ami who writes BL novels :P

of course, i'm glad he managed to shed his fats since he obviously wanted to be slim since long ago, but the shock of seeing how different he now look is crazy. hope hes healthy...
and the other side is interesting too! took me a few secs to realize the 5 J-rockers on the cover arent all in the same band XD indeed i'm not as familiar with CROW MUSIC as i am with PSC, but i do know enough of them to recognise the vocalist of WHITEBLACK, Irodori, LICKER & Villain. so the only one i didnt recognise turned out to be n'DooL's vocalist (i just checked CROW MUSIC's web) :P as always Cra didnt look female at all...and from that top shes wearing, i guess she should be as flat as Omi is XD

no idea if theres really such a word, but i think its cool anyway XD

the song sounds pretty alright to me, but their new hair is........ O_O
so not all of them went on to try out strange haircuts. Changmin & Yunho are definitely on the safe side, hair-wise.
in Jaejung's case, you know it totally pays to have a pretty face XD even this kinda hairstyle cant ruin his image *o* but seriously! Jae's new hair looks super heavy on the front & super light at the back, in the sense that the back of his head looks heavily layered while the front looks like the hairdresser simply cut out the shape without layering at all O_O
and because i think Junsu has this face thats just very comfortable to look at, he actually managed to make his new hairstyle look like it suits him XD other than the weirdly-shaped fringe, theres nothing to complain about his haircut.

but like OMG Yoochun's hair is the worst. its like a combination of the most "unique" points of both Jae & Jun's hairstyles -_-
with that said, you can imagine Yoochun's hair looking like Jae's hair with Jun's fringe but without Jae's stylish sideburns. and those stylish sideburns happen to be what i've referred to, as the shape of Jae's haircut.

well at least, i think their outfits this time look better than the ones in their previous korean album. not that those old ones look bad, but i just like them less :P

Kagrra, never fails m(_ _)m

finally received my copy of their Uzu single today & i just watched the DVD ^_^

and the one thing thats killing me, in a good way, is how Kagrra, seems to be back to their good old days. but unlike their good old kimono days, they now have this air of maturity (which they should have) *o* and of course, their image isnt as feminine as the good old kimono days, which is definitely better since i still stick to what i've always said about none of them being able to pass off as kimono beauties except for Nao XD

so for now i love all their new hairstyles + what they're wearing *o* Isshi's hair, especially! its seriously one of Isshi's best hairstyles ever IMO XD
and every scene with Shin playing his koto kills m(_ _)m furthermore, his earring is very visible from that angle where hes playing his koto *o* heh i admit i do have this soft spot for earrings on men XD
anyway, i love ALL Kagrra, members equally ^_^ they're seriously the ONLY band i cant say which member i like best m(_ _)m

my only complaint about the PV is the woman in it.
i would miss the woman in utakata PV like mad when i look at this one. not that shes ugly, but shes not exactly that pretty either. so far all the women i've seen in Kagrra, PVs look like they're born to wear kimonos but this one doesnt. i'm probably being very picky about this, but thats only because the song's too pretty to have a woman whos not pretty enough.
and that last scene with Isshi lying on her seriously makes me wanna kick something -_-

oh and yes i have to confess i've had enough of seeing Ruki with curly hair X_X
not that i'm tired of seeing Ruki (like i ever will be), but curls are just...wrong! in the 1st place, curls should be banned as far as VK hair is concerned. and no matter how any male artiste looks good with curly hair, he'll always look even better with straight hair.
i can imagine Yamapi looking like shit with curly hair already, so let alone say Ruki. not that i prefer Yamapi over Ruki (because thats impossible), but i think Yamapi is the next most charming man in Japan after Takuya Kimura. speaking of Kimura, hes god-like, in the sense that hes still charming enough to make me scream when i watch his recent Gatsby CMs.
so back to what i was ranting about, the hairstylist who decided to curl his hair should be fired. i've been reading about howsome Gaze-fangirls wanna airmail him straighteners, & i'm all for it.

-- people need to realise we dont sell EVERYTHING. i cant even understand where they got that idea from! i'm not exagerrating when i say EVERYTHING, considering the things i've had customers asking me for: karaoke microphone, dumbbell, bicycle, hammer, badminton racket, number stickers (those people paste on their doors), etc. like does nobody realise we're actually meant to be a BOOKSTORE? just because we sell a huge variety of stuff doesnt mean we sell every goddamn thing you can possibly need in your household.

-- people need to stop being so self-deceiving. accept the cold hard truth when we tell them the product they are in desperate need of is OUT-OF-STOCK. making us repeat our answer several times isnt gonna change anything. and people who ask if we dont still have stock of the product in our "warehouse" (which is actually an office) obviously need to go look up the meaning of the phrase OUT-OF-STOCK. same goes to those who force us to hunt for the product for them, when they've already looked in the exact same place before approaching us. in all honesty, we really do wish that we can give customers whatever they wanna buy so we wont have to deal with their shitty tantrums.

-- people need to stop thinking that we keep ALL our stocks in the "warehouse". in the 1st place, we only have 1 warehouse in SG, and thats not to be found in any of our store outets. the mysterious doors seen in every outlet leads to the outlet's office, NOT warehouse. its not even a warehouse to start with, so we obviously wont have much stocks in there. even if we do keep stocks inside, anyone with decent IQ should be able to tell that the place's not even big enough to store 10% of our stocks. just because someone found this last piece of a product lying around doesnt mean theres gotta be hundreds of its clones hibernating in our office.

not that i'm a genius or what, but the questions some people ask are just soooo freaking dumb, i feel ridiculous answering them. and because its just hard to believe such dumb people do exist, i'm always suspecting i heard wrongly or mis-interpreted the question whenever i hear those crap.

one good example of a stupid question:
"Which pencil sharpener is better?" -- and sadly, all the sharpeners in question are the SAME. like i can accept it if you're asking me to choose between manual sharpeners & automated ones, but whats this question supposed to be asking when its all manual sharpeners you're referring to?
yea pay me 10% service charge & i'll help you analyse which one has a shape that enables a better grip.

and look what i bought from Kinokuniya today (or to be accurate, yesterday) ^_^

bwahaha i bought it using the vouchers i got from JAS for full attendence last sem ^_^
surprisingly, this manga magazine is like freaking cheap! so i only had to use 1 of the 2 $10 vouchers i got ^_^
most unfortunately for me, Kino never seems to have anything yaoi-related, so i simply bought the one with the most appealing cover XD basically all the mangas featured in this magazine, aka CHEESE, are those shoujo love stories :P
doesnt matter much though, since theres only 1 chapter of each story & i seriously wont even know if any of them's gonna be one hell of a draggy story (like how i think shoujo love stories usually are) :P
and that small book is what comes with CHEESE ^_^ its pretty interesting, since its a double-sided manga with 1 side focusing on the male character & the other on the female one ^_^

as much as i'm happy with this, i'm still wishing it was a whole book of yaoi manga chapters though XD

well its pretty obvious female VK bands, or even female-fronted ones, dont appeal to me :P
but its not like i'm totally biased because majority of those bands i've heard just sound very average & unimpressive to me.
so exist†trace & Onmyouza are the only 2 exceptions in my VK bible.

but after today, i'm adding Byakura (as seen in the pic ^) in m(_ _)m

i should have known better about their music style, judging by their looks...they're actually my fav kind of VK! m(_ _)m

i just need to listen to the intro music to know its my fav kind of VK music, even though i'm not sure whats the name for it (Neo Japanesque?) :P but i would say its the kind of music like what you would expect from STELLA... & Irodori ^_^

as much as i like them, i think they arent as good as STELLA... & Irodori :P but still, they're pretty solid *o* and to be honest, i totally wasnt expecting to ever actually hear a female VK band with this kind of music *o*

i'm really starting to think that all the ~~crazily~~ high-pitched japanese women went into the J-pop scene...like so far all the female VK vocalists i've heard sound manly O_O and even if they dont, they definitely dont have much range to talk about, as far as female vocal range is concerned XD

but of course, Kuroneko's the sole exception in this case because she definitely sings higher than the average J-pop female singers ^_^

but thanks to Rina, i do know quite some GIZA artistes...people like Mai, Shiori, Aya, U-ka (god i hate her), Yumi & Aiko ^_^
and out of these people, i'll only listen to Mai, Aya & Aiko. Shiori & Yumi will never start singing anything that belongs to the kind of music i'll enjoy, and as for U-ka, i dont think she should even be singing :P

LOL thank god for letting me remember Mitchell once told me about the not so children-friendly mangas usually being put at the very bottom of shelves, because thats where i found my yaoi mangas XD the bottom rack is seriously where all the mangas that are unsuitable for people under 18 are kept ^_^ well and i do know that 99% of the yaoi mangas belong to that category :P
it seriously felt like i found heaven when i saw those yaoi mangas XD well its not alot, but better than the nothingness i usually see from Kinokuniya :P

and as expected of Malaysia, its freaking cheap! RM15.00 per book! *o*
well its not as cheap as RM4.50 per book like the other mangas, simply because the quality is different. these yaoi mangas are imported, instead of printed in Malaysia ^_^ in fact, the quality of these yaoi mangas are like those TW-imported mangas i bought from Kinokuniya ^_^

LOL the auntie at the cashier XD her reaction when i went to pay for the 4 yaoi titles i bought was classic XD
she was looking at each & every one of the 4 mangas i put on the cashier counter, then she looked at me, and she said in a very soft voice: "these are all those............"
LOL its all very amusing to see, and its not like i'm not prepared for that kind of reaction, so i simply smiled, nodded, and replied: "Yea i know!" XD

Alright i finally decided to watch the OURIDE perf from Animelo 2007 on youtube.
but seriously. this song is just soooo much better off in Animelo 2006, when it was performed with the exact same people who did the studio recorded version.

my 1st "WTF" came when m.o.v.e's female vocalist sings Rina's line at the start of the song -_-"
not that she sounded extremely bad or what, but she just cant be compared to Rina in my books. and with Nana singing before her, i was still thinking this version shouldnt be that bad even though the singers are somewhat different -_-"

my 2nd "WTF" came when Hirano Aya sang. i can NEVER understand why they gave her such an unimpressive part to sing, though i have to say she didnt even sound all that good there. well her perf of Bouken desho desho wasnt that bad though...its just that her screaming at the start of that perf made me go (-_-")

my 3rd & major "WTF" came when this horror of a Momoi went & sang Chihiro's sacred line in the 2nd chorus -_-
i dont hate Momoi or anything, but i just dont think its justified at all for her to sing that line. like sure, she managed to hit the high pitch. only, she sounded freaking EAR-SPLITTING. like i'm sure Nana or Minami could have easily pulled off that line perfectly? i'm already feeling very bitter about Chihiro not being there, & this had to happen -_-

and can i say the theme song for Animelo 2008 is soooo not at all impressive?
its just nowhere near as good as OUTRIDE. but its good that May'n & Hirano Aya are participating, in addition to my beloved Makkun, Minami, Nana & Chihiro. too bad Rina's not there this time, but at least she got to participate in OUTRIDE *o*

Today's my last jap class for Intermediate 3 & its kinda sad T_T
hope we'll manage to get enough people to start our class for Intermediate 4...i really like my current classmates & i dont wanna have to wait for half a year for the next intake of students X_X
and i got 86 for my jap test. that was lower than what i expected of myself, but its very good already, considering the top score in my class was 94 & the 2nd highest was 89 ^_^

somehow, i'm caught in all the yaoi craze again ^_^
i dont mind that, since i've been soooo terribly bored recently :P and yaoi's always been an enjoyable part of my life ^_^
i seriously need to catch up with all the Naruto & Bleach i havent been watching too...but finding out which ep i stopped watching at will undoubtedly be a problem O_O"

school-wise, my projects are all over & done with, except for AVFE & 2GA.
luckily, we've already finished filming our AVFE, so all thats left is to edit the whole damn thing in Final Cut.
but 2GA is still hell. this is just another aspect of my life which i'm completely hopeless at.

why cant life just be simpler?
dont need to ask me about 20 years later, because i cant even see myself still alive 5 years later.
if theres one goddamn huge regret i have now, its my choice to enter poly. i NEVER should have done so, when i have zero interest in all the courses available. i should have just went for the only thing that interests me, which is to study jap full-time. maybe its true that studying jap full-time wont bring me a very bright future, but what does it matter when i dont consider myself to be truely alive as long as i'm stuck here?
my hatred for this piece of land & the people here are way beyond what i can possibly put into words. i dont wanna stay here, i dont wanna live here, i dont wanna die here.
but if not even 1 of my dreams are ever gonna come true, then i rather die now. better end all the misery & save all the trouble now. no point trying so hard to get on with life only to look back 1 day & realise more than half my lifetime's gone & i'm still nowhere near fulfilling any of my dreams.

hope AVFE filming will go smoothly this weekend, but 1st i'll have to hope we do manage to find actors X_X

just read a live report by this GazettE fangirl who went to the NHK Manatsu no Utage con.

and because i'm a hardcore GazettE fangirl myself, it makes me incredibly proud to read about how the entire audience went insane when GazettE's introduction vid was played ^_^ its like theres a total of 8 bands performing there, so you cant quite expect everyone to like GazettE, just like i know how some people are totally complaining about bands like Antikku & LM.C being there XD i think this really goes to say alot about GazettE's popularity as a major band *o*

though its probably not because of time constraint, but GazettE only played 1 and a half songs there. so obviously after Ruki thanked the audience & they were all preparing to leave the stage, the entire audience went insane again. majority of them couldnt believe thats all by GazettE, when all the other bands played 3 songs each :P since she said MUCC, which was the last band, also played 3 songs.....theres a high possibility this short perf was chosen by the Gazeboys themselves XD its funny to read how the MC took quite some time to calm the audience down after GazettE left XD but these kind of events probably wont appeal too much to them Gazeboys XD like afterall, they can easily hold a sold-out concert in Budokan already :P

oh & speaking of GazettE, i finally looked at the official tracklist for their upcoming concert DVD (which i cant remember the name now). and thanks alot, again theres NO Toguro X_X well i figured that would be due to the fact that GazettE probably didnt perform that song during their con finals, but still, i'm dying to watch them perform that song live X_X

haha but it makes me extremely happy to see that the Disc 2 of the limited edition has an extra 2nd encore ^_^ that 2nd encore included Kare Uta & Miseinen *o* i love both songs, & like i've always said, it will never feel quite like the end of a Gazecon if the last song wasnt Miseinen :P now all the more i'm super glad i pre-ordered the limited edition one already XD and because i'm an evil soul, i'm hoping the limited edition gets sold out soon XD

i dont know what they're thinking when they looked at those romaji, but pronouncing them the eng way is just wrong -_- its even worse if they're looking at lovely hiragana, because the hiragana ゆ & うare just 2 very diff looking shapes. like have they ever wondered, how the hell should they pronounce ゆ, if they pronounced うas ゆ? -_-

and some people are just so ridiculously naive, it makes me exasperated just to look at them.

i'll be kind & not name the person, but people who've heard my agitated comments will know who i'm referring to.

but who knows? maybe that person's knowledge on this certain topic increased, just like that person's popularity with geeks did. either way, its none of my business & i'll just stop looking when things get too sickening.

i dont just wanna pass. i wanna score well, like at least 80% and above? thats the standard i set for myself...

i'm gonna take JLPT lvl 3 end of this yr, & i'm really scared i wont be able to pass T_T and just passing is no use either. i wanna score at least 300 outta 400 for it. anything less than that is really not consoling, even if i did pass the exam T_T

so from now i'm gonna mug like mad. and because jap language is the only thing i've ever wanted to do well for, i wont complain about mugging.

and i'm considering buying this manga that looks very interesting, as long as i get spare cash. i think i'll need a jap manga to test my lvl. i'm not really expecting my standard to be as good as that Taiwan girl in my class, but still, i hope i can at least understand it.

its really a very diff feeling, to be the top student of the beginner class & to be among the weak students in my current class (aka Intermediate 3) X_X

i'm never gonna give up though. i aspire to 1 day be able to speak jap more fluently than i speak mandarin, which happens to be my best language.

like i just realised UnsraW has disbanded. and their last live was actually 2 months ago! T_T

didnt read the full paragraph on VN, but i read enough to know they disbanded due to Yuuki's health problems T_T apparently he had some lung-related disease T_T

its really depressing alright. especially when i'm listening to Yuuki sing Karma live T_T

at the rate my fav bands are disbanding, i cant imagine how many bands will still be around by the time i finally manage to go to Japan T_T

its not half as bad if they disband to form new bands, but when they had to disband due to health problems etc...

and its just as bad seeing bands like NoveLis disband T_T

its like i've been watching them since their debut & now i actually have to see them disband too. it just sort of feels like i'm living too long or something X_X

my only consolation now, is that my top fav bands are still active. i think i'll seriously wanna die if GazettE disbands T_T

Just happened to read the blogs of a few people (not stalking, because i know them), & its pretty sad X_X

cant really say much about how i feel after reading, but anyways, hope they'll always be happy ^_^

heh maybe i AM kind in a tiny way XD like i'm depressed most of the time & i wish for my classmates to be happy? XD i really feel that way though it doesnt apply to everyone of my classmates. people like Clarence & Larry, i couldnt care less. but Larry's obviously better than Clarence, in the sense that i dont feel like throwing something hard in his face yet :P

got around 25 outta 40 for my mock test in jap class today (or yesterday, to be exact) -_-"

its really depressing alright. and even more traumatizing, i actually got slaughtered at the Kanji section -_-" i've always been confident of my Kanji knowledge, since i've been staring at J-rock lyrics for such a long time & those lyrics arent simple like the regular J-pop lyrics.

but thanks alot, the Kanji words i saw on the mock test paper today, all i can say is that i've never even seen half of them before -_-" those very random Kanji terms which wont appear in any of the songs i listen to, dont seem to have appeared in my textbook either -_-"

so at the end of the day, i guess i'll just have to polish my skills on translating chinese pronuncation into jap pronuncation -_-" this probably sounds ridiculous, but it works for me :P

Yay my new wallet finally arrived! *o*

its like bigger than what i expected, but then again, i shouldnt have expected it to be smaller than this actually :P like afterall, it should at least be long enough to put 2 cards side-by-side landscape style XD

other than the fact that its gonna be the biggest wallet i've ever used in all 18 years of my life, its damn pretty ^_^ and the chain that came with it is freaking cool, except that i wont really use it since its pretty heavy :P

sometimes i just wish more interesting things will happen in my life. wish Godzilla really exists or something... life's soooo painfully boring! add the fact that i've never really been interesting in living life itself, i really dont know what to expect anymore. its like i'm going through the same damn cycle every week.

the ONLY fun thing in my life is my jap classes at JAS. its not as easy as my beginner classes used to be, but i'm learning tons. its hard to explain why, but its just so fun in that class. i'm gonna be soooo depressed

just listened to Versailles' new album NOBLE. i've seriously got nothing much to say, except that Versailles is just like arisu to me. like the case of arisu, 98% of their songs sound somewhat similar too. windress kicked ass though ^_^ its really nice to hear them come up with such songs once in a blue moon XD

afterall, its kinda tiring to keep hearing those really aggressive guitar solos all the time. it really starts sounding like Teru & Hizaki are having the battle of their lives using their guitars or something X_X

and like whats all that big hype about The Revenant Choir man? i know its their debut song, but theres no reason to record so many versions of it...but then again, it could be just me not liking the song that much.

as i'm listening to lost age now, i've finally realised why i always thought Shou has weird vocals O_O actually, its not that he sounds weird. its just the type of music hes singing. his voice is something along the lines of ex.gossip's Hiro, and of course i can imagine Hiro sounding weird if he were to sing songs like that of arisu's O_O"

alright now i'm listening to KITERU!Band's mini album FROM 1st, & its totally such a happy sounding thing XD i like the vocals, because its ex.gechena's Sora singing XD makes one hell of a change to hear him sing such happy songs as compared to gechena's songs though XD not too familiar with the rest of the members, except for Yumezi & Koto. Yumezi's still in MELLO, so this band is indeed just a session band i guess XD as for Koto, he used to be in Sugar & i agree totally with the people on TW. like them, i totally cant imagine Koto playing bass for such happy songs XD

was reading Cure vol. 59 during break time at work today, & i saw the promo page for DOWNER.

they all look soooo gorgeous! *o*

the 1st one to catch my attention was Anzu *o* he looks soooo damn gorgoeus, i think i'm gonna have a seizure when i look at him XD but somehow, i kept thinking that theres something familiar about his mouth, & i only just realised the reason why XD he used to be in Maruru! *o* that explains why i found his mouth familiar XD i liked Maruru! ^_^

i'll admit i fail for not recognising his voice, but then again, he doesnt really have a very unqiue voice :P still, hes a good vocalist ^_^ haha i think i probably have a very soft spot for RISHIAKUA, but i cant help thinking Anzu's such a darling whenever i think of that song XD and somehow, its the song that always comes to my mind whenever i think of Maruru ^_^ like i even remember how Anzu (previously Aki) looked like in that PV! ^o^

just watched Vidoll's Blue Star PV & i think i'm gonna have heart attack *o*

Jui's too hot to be true *o* his new outfit rocks totally, even if i cant see his sexy thighs XD well theres now his even sexier belly to look at! *dies* heh & i was staring at it everytime his short shirt reveals it, when i was struck by a sudden thought XD and with that, i'm now wondering what it'll feel like, to have belly like his XD actually i think that will still be like perfect, even in woman standards? so this someone on TW said that LM.C & Antikku are the worst bands he/she has ever heard XD well i agree totally about LM.C. like i've NEVER found them cute like how millions of their fangirls claim they are, & they are indeed among the worst bands i've ever heard -_-" like after more than 1 & a half years as a hardcore VK fangirl, i would obviously have listened to my share of sucky bands :P actually i dont bother remembering any of the lousy bands i've ever listened to, but its hard to forget LM.C exists when they're like seen nearly everywhere -_-"

i dont think Antikku is necessarily a lousy band, even though they're seriously too cheesy to be true sometimes :P at least they have their share of crazily catchy songs, which is better than nothing. but they'll never be the kind of band i'll take really seriously, because its just not the way their image suggests. easy-listening, happy & catchy music seems to be more of what they wanna achieve, from what i'm seeing O_O i'll just never understand why they never seem to think its important to have a really good guitarist for their band o_O

its really hard to consider Ayabie an Oshare band when i look at Antikku. they're like worlds apart! and sadly, even till now, Antikku still comes to mind whenever the word "Oshare" pops up. i've even hated Oshare bands & music before, because of Antikku :P but now i'm all pass that i guess ^_^ and i cant possibly hate anything related to Ayabie *o*

heh anyway its not hard to tell its just the problem i have with Antikku, after trying more Oshare bands :P

VAMPS' debut single looks very promising ^_^ cant wait to hear how the music sounds like, since Hyde's good vocals are a given already XD

then for the J-pop side theres Chihiro's new album! *o* its a cover album & it should sound pretty interesting since shes such a good singer ^_^ and like OMG theres a tribute album for Makkun! *o* thats like such an honor for Makkun IMO ^_^ and yay Misato Aki sang 1 of Makkun's songs for that tribute! *o* add Chihiro & Minami to this tribute album, & i'm like dying to hear it already ^_^ i'm seriously very biased to the people i listen to, when it comes to anime music XD and to a certain extent, J-pop too :P but obviously i dont do the same for VK music XD

oh & that reminds me, i still havent watched Aoi's new PV LUMIERE :P

i'm saved from being killed by the jazzy feel of Ayabie's MIKADUKI NO KISEKI because all the rest of the songs from the various versions of the single didnt sound jazzy at all ^_^
those songs are just very typical Ayabie style, which is good for an Ayabie fan like me XD and maybe theres something magical about Ayabie because i cant even hate MIKADUKI NO KISEKI despite its jazzy-ness :P

speaking of jazzy VK music...Nightmare's killer show album nearly killed me with that -_-" again it could be just my ears, but i thought i'm hearing jazz in some songs O_O"

anyway, DaizyStripper's Brilliant Days. is my latest addiction *o* its just too nice & too sad T_T
somehow, this same line "涙なんか見せないって強がったりして" always makes me cry T_T
the meaning of this line plus the way Yuugiri sang is just too much for me to take i guess. i seriously dont think any other line of lyrics has such an impact on me yet O_O
and like i had these words stuck in my head for the whole of today (or yesterday to be exact)...but its not such a bad thing because i love this particular line m(_ _)m

finally listened to girugamesh's girugamesh album again yesterday, after having it rot in my iTunes for ages :P
and i realised how good this album really was...its actually a stronger album than DuelJewel's BULLET album, even if i consider it slightly weaker than Vidoll's BASTARD album :P well the only reason i'm comparing these 3 albums is because i ordered these 3 albums at around the same period of time :P
i dont know what i was thinking the last time i heard the album, but i felt it was pretty alright. but no! its way better than a mere "alright"! *o*
not to say DuelJewel's BULLET album was bad, but somehow some of the magic's wearing off by now...and thats considering i havent really listened to it all that much either! but because its DuelJewel's album so i dont really care XD afterall, i like DuelJewel's music for the most part ^_^ or maybe, i just need to listen to it more closely again XD

Yay my order from Yesasia finally arrived! ^_^
Shockwave no.11 rocks *o* i havent had the time to browse through it thoroughly yet, but from what i've seen from my brief flipping just now, i'm liking all the band features in it ^_^ and that photoshoot of Ruki totally looks more gorgeous than the scans give it credit for *o*
along with this order came GazettE's Hyena single, which i bought just because i wanna get my order enabled to free shipping, & its really nice! the packing isnt as special as Guren's packing, but at least the words in the lyrics booklet are way more visible XD its not that bad to buy this single actually, since this was the 1st single released by GazettE AFTER i got into them ^_^ and because i'm not the biggest fan of Hyena's PV, i think getting this CD only ver is more justified ^_^ i love Defective Tragedy anyway ^_^

cant wait to get them!!! hmm supposedly Shoxx comes with a poster of the band featured on the cover but they didnt state it at their official site so its hard to say...like afterall, they're kinda getting more cheapskate with each issue -_- and anyway, i'll die if i get a really pretty landscape Ayabie poster because theres no room for me to put up another poster in my room already XD still, i'm secretly wishing for one XD

changed the name of my blog already, since i've been wanting to change it for ages XD the only reason why i havent changed it till today is because i didnt know what i should change it to :P

its just the 2nd day of school & the same old "i-wanna-die" feeling is back -_- all thanks to the CA02 of 2GA being such a total bitch. it SOUNDS very do-able & all, but i'm not even halfway through the requirements & i'm suicidal already. as easy as it sounds, its actually no better than CA01. its all so frustrating i cant even cry or grumble about it anymore, because i know nothing helps. everytime i start on this stupid piece of shitty game i dont even feel like talking anymore. it seriously kills all my mood. i can never understand why those goddamn codes wont work when i've copied them over from my previous assignments where they work fine. as far as i've seen, my game SHOULD work alright BUT it just refuses to.
so with that, i think i'm dead meat for 2GA. and to think theres gonna be 3GA next sem, i think i'll seriously be happier just dropping dead now. the feeling of being stuck with a bunch of stupid codes plus a program that fails you in seriously every goddamn possible way is just exasperating & frustrating beyond words & tears.
so if you see me being moody as hell & very speechless, you can safely assume i'm dying (& screaming like mad on the inside) about my flash codes. so yes, talk to me at your own risk under such circumstances.

on a slightly more consoling note, its actually 7 weeks to holidays instead of the miserable 9.
thats because before the actual holidays start, theres the study wk & the exam wk. i dont study anytime earlier than a day before exams & my course probably only has around 2 exams, so i'm gonna consider those 2 wks as holidays already :P

speaking of covers, DONT tell me Kagrra, wont even get to appear on the cover of Shoxx even once this year -_- they got on the cover of Shoxx once last year, for the release of Shizuku. but like they didnt do the same for Core? so i'm like praying really hard now that they'll get to go on the cover for Uzu :P its damn sad if they wont even get to appear on some magazine cover at least once every year X_X

its something i've been dying to hear ever since i heard of its release, but now that i've heard it, i dont know if i should be rejoice or not X_X i was missing the good old heavy MaveRick sound all the time i'm listening to this single, & i cant say i liked those rapping either X_X i've never been a fan of rapping for the most part, & Hiro seriously sings too well to be rapping away. its almost like a waste of his vocals. and as much as talking is concerned, chanting would suit J-rock music more than rap IMO X_X
i guess the name change was pretty justified afterall, since they now sound so different already...only, EAT YOU ALIVE is one hell of a cheesy name even for a band -_-" it could be just me, but i dont think they look half as agressive as their new band name sounds? well at any rate, i'm just gonna be extremely horrified if they stop performing their MaveRick era songs because i still havent gotten the chance to watch them perform Tsumiki live T_T

and i just rewatched the FANTASY perf in alice nine's HELLO DEAR NUMBERS con DVD nights ago. thank god i rewatched it, because it made me realise Shou didnt sing FANTASY half as badly as i remembered X_X in fact, he sounded good! *o* haha but its quite funny to see him growl in frustration though XD but of course, i can understand how high the chorus of FANTASY obviously is XD

didnt go to work today because i fell sick...frankly speaking, i dont mind being sick if i can skip work :P but then again, it means i'll be a day's pay poorer in Aug X_X and thats no good, when GazettE's con DVD's gonna be out in Aug & that limited edition 3DVD thing will be the 2nd most expensive thing i've ever bought X_X"
so i can look forward to 2 months of scrimping & saving like mad, or i can be prepared to dive headlong into the poverty blackhole again. at the rate i'm going, i can foresee myself being stuck in this poverty cycle for the coming 1 yr + until i get my ass outta poly. but its not like i really care. i'll still buy my beloved VK releases if its the last thing i do.

read some random thread on TW recently, cant remember which one, but it made me realise i'm not the only one having trouble getting through an entire concert, even if its by my fav band XD
to be really frank, i think the only concerts i can get through without any problems gotta be Ayabie concerts. not that i like Ayabie more than i like GazettE, but its like even if they happen to play any song i'm not interested in, Ayabie songs are generally all pretty short in length so less chances of me falling asleep. anyway, i like majority of Ayabie's songs after Ryouhei left, so thats a bonus point when i watch their con too ^_^
in GazettE's case, the only reason i've never fallen asleep when watching their cons is simply because i'm too busy staring at Ruki's every move. GazettE's come a long way since their debut, they have a huge discography & i really cant say i like every single song they made. like the case with every band, theres some songs they'll definitely play during their cons, and some of these songs are just soooo goddamn long, i start wondering when they're ever gonna end X_X like i couldnt even tell those songs apart in the past :P now i can sorta tell them apart already, because i've seriously watched enough GazettE cons XD its a good thing the Decomposition Beauty DVD has these longass tracks separated, but NLSG has a few of them joined together...i think 1 of the songs might have lasted a good 10 mins or so, & besides staring at GazettE members, my attention just isnt there anymore. maybe thats why i can hardly tell those songs apart? well songs with less singing parts are always hard to differentiate anyway :P
its not just GazettE who plays a single song that long during cons. Kagrra, does it too. i love Sakura Maichiru ano Oka de, but the way they make it last more tham 10 mins in cons kill me...i understand its a fanservice song, but its a different feelling when you're sitting at home staring at your screen throughout. but i guess thats just the case with fanservice songs :P

as much as i like Kagrra, more than alice nine, i find alice nine members more entertaining to watch. theres like less interaction between Kagrra, members when they perform too...but maybe they would have at least ranked above alice nine if i had the chance to watch Shizuku or Core tours X_X my top 3 rankings will never change i guess, unless heidi. ever releases a con DVD XD GazettE & Vidoll members are just too cool when they perform live, and Ayabie members are just too much fun XD i'm forever grinning like mad when i watch Ayabie cons XD as much as i find some GazettE fanservice songs hard to get through, theres always the awesome members to drool over when your ears cant enjoy the music that much :P same goes for Vidoll cons ^_^
oh & have i ever mentioned how alice nine songs sound similar to me for the most part? i dont know why, but i cant really tell their songs apart except for the few which i absolutely love. still, i like them because they sound so consistently good to me XD

DaizyStripper especially *o*

i've liked them since their debut, but i've never exactly realised how awesome Yuugiri's voice was until i heard CROSS.
both Brilliant Days. & Hoshizora to Kimi no Te blew me away. the music kills, & the way Yuugiri sounds is the overkill. its been quite long since i heard something as heart-breaking as Brilliant Days. and its not heart-breaking the dark way either...the music, as expected from DaizyStripper, is not heavy & dark. in fact, it almost sounds like those pop ballads. only, this one's way better.
and the lyrics are sooo sad too T_T
i love how Yuugiri proves you can sound awesome & not cheesy even when you have a thin voice. well most vocalists with thin voices tend to sound cheesy or annoying when they sing upbeat stuff, and screechy when they hit the high notes. but somehow, this doesnt happen with Yuugiri m(_ _)m so hes now among my huge group of favorite vocalists out there XD

i think DaizyStripper's one of the most promising new bands out there recently. well maybe they arent all that new anymore, but i still consider them to be among the newer bands out there :P
its nice (& consoling) to know how sooo many of the new bands are sounding so kickass awesome, because this sort of offsets the number of great bands disbanding.

Went to meet Spens, Ben & Jo at Holland V yesterday after my jap class ^_^
we ate Katong laksa for dinner, which was actually nicer than what i expected XD but then again, its been years since i last ate laksa :P
after that we went somewhere for dessert, but i cant remember the name of the shop :P anyway, the desserts there rock! love the ice-creams Ben ordered, love the cheese cake Jo ordered, and the shakes me & Spens ordered were pretty good too!
its been so long since we last met up & they're still as funny as ever XD only this time, we were laughing like mad over the army stories of Ben & Spens, instead of our classic NH jokes XD hope we can meet up again soon! ^_^

went to school today to do AVFE proposal, which i think is due on coming Mon...but nobody in my group really knows what we have to do for Mon XD theres supposedly a formal presentation of the proposal too, but we havent even really started on it :P
anyway, we managed to have our proposal done (like finally) at 4+, so we went off to BTP to play pool since Howard suggested ^_^ obviously, i cant play pool at all, so Doug & Howard totally had to teach me XD i think i did learn something today, so thanks guys! XD its pretty fun actually & Zigui was unexpectedly pro XD
we played till 7+ & after that i went off to join my parents for dinner ^_^

this Zy. mega edition comes with a poster & a CD-rom. i've yet to insert the CD-rom into my mac yet, but OMG the poster. its like freaking HUGE?! *o* its the 1st time i've seen such a hugeass poster man! *o* i dont know what size you call that, but its a landscape poster wider than the width of my door *o* i cant even still call the Vidoll & alice nine posters i got from buying their albums huge anymore. not after seeing this one. and like its double-sided! *o* so be it the huge size or the fact that its double-sided, its a poster i cant put up in my room anyway :P

and OMG the contents of the magazine is like jaw-droppingly dream-like m(_ _)m
i dont know how true is that description of the contents on CDJ, because some of the features included seem like they're more than 1 year ago...but i'm seriously seeing nearly all the legendary Ruki photoshoots i've been dying to get in this book. some examples would be the photoshoot those bloody pics from my banner came from, the blonde Ruki one where he wears pretty casual stuff, the really artistic one with Ruki dressing in black & standing in the sea... etc.

wish these J-rock interviews would be easier to understand...X_X
but i guess its just my knowledge of jap being not quite there yet X_X i'm wondering though, if jap mangas would be easier to understand than jap magazines...like i saw this classmate of mine from my jap class reading a jap manga *o* so i was wondering if i would be able to understand jap mangas too...but i do know her jap's better than me though X_X

Went to KBox with Mit today, and we had fun singing our lungs out ^_^
i found out that KBox actually has Shimatani's Shinkuu by chance & its the original MTV too! *o* how cool is that? XD
KBox's variety of Jap songs seriously improved quite alot recently, & thats good ^_^
too bad they dont have any J-rock though :P

and as always, i realise how small the VK scene actually is.
this new band, Moran, is on the cover of Cure vol.58 & i totally thought all the members are new from the VK scene or something...but turns out they're all NOT! XD i dont know much about Velo & Soan, but OMG Zill is actually Saburou from KuRt!!!! *o* and as surprising as that, is the fact that Hitomi is Kanoma from Fatima!!! *o*
LOL i did think Zill looked familiar when i 1st looked at his pic in Moran's feature on Cure, but i dismissed it thinking tons of VK boys look similar XD and OMG Hitomi~~~! i thought hes really good looking when i watched bits of Fatima's last con, but i totally failed to recognise him when i saw him on Cure's cover! its such a close-up pic too! *o* but seriously, his hairstyle & make-up now is soooo different from when he was in Fatima! *o*

its really stange how i've never really thought much of MARURU until today, when i heard 1 of their songs off this old omnibus album :P
i decided i should listen to their stuff again, so i went to listen to their discography on my ext HDD. they seriously sounded way better than i remembered! *o* i think my appreciation of VK music really changed alot since i 1st got into VK XD cant say if this is good or bad, but i think my ears are turning soft when it comes to VK XD not that it means i've started going for more mellow VK songs, because i'm still loving those heavy stuff ^_^ but its like i end up liking nearly every VK song i listen to nowadays, which is ALOT more, as compared to the past. but then again, it could be because i used to have major problems getting used to the way VK vocalists sing XD but now its like registered as the normal way of singing in my head already XD

oh & other than MARURU, i listened to Dollis too! thats because i've also heard 1 of their songs from that same old omnibus album :P
they've only realised 1 single as far as i know, but even that is pretty good already! ^_^ cant understand why i listened to it so many times before but never thought much of it X_X

i think maybe i really cant judge VK music anymore, because i happen to love typical VK music. so if a band sounds like every other band in the VK scene, they're still considered a good band in my books O_O but of course, i have my fair share of favorite bands who dont sound like typical VK bands too ^_^

Finally got my new hp, but i cant even rejoice yet, since its problematic.
so tomorrow instead of going cycling with my colleagues at ECP, i'll be visiting that shop where my dad bought me my hp X_X
i hope its a minor problem that can be fixed immediately, so i wont have to wait (again) for my new hp. but then again, i kinda doubt that will be the case.

went to watch NEWS's Summer Time PV on youtube since my iTunes played it just now, and OMG. why are they all soooo cute? *o* and god. Tego's soooo hotly cute! *o* cant believe i used to think he looked gay *hides* but anyway, now i really cant decide who's the hottest in NEWS anymore XD Tego or Pi? and theres Ryo too! ^_^
i'll always be a fan of Pi & Tego's voices, but 1 of Ryo's lines in Summer Time totally killed me. its at the bridge if i remember correctly...i obviously know Ryo's got a great voice too, but i've never exacted wanted to SCREAM when i hear him sing...at least until just now XD his voice + his expression at that part just kills m(_ _)m

heh & speaking of JE boybands, KAT-TUN's new album is good! better than their previous one IMO, though i probably need to listen to it again sometime :P heh i can never understand why i just cant get used to Junno being so strikingly blonde, when i have no problems getting used to VK boys with strangely-colored-hair XD but then again, is he still blonde? judging from the cover of their new album, hes not, and thats good XD heh anyway, Tacchan's still hottest IMO XD

watched DuelJewel's new PV IOLITE on youtube last night, and that songs sooooo darn nice i had to order the single *o* well i obviously know i'll get the songs sooner or later even if i dont buy, but i decided i just have to have the PV in DVD quality XD so i changed one of my HMV Jpn orders to include the DVD version of IOLITE single. but of course i dont even have to dream about getting this single anytime soon, since the order i changed was the one with Ayabie's new live DVD. and this live DVD's scheduled for release next month O_O i dont mind waiting though, since i have the songs already :P gah but everyone looks sooooo darn good in the PV! their new image totally worked really good IMO, since its more VK-ed than their previous one & it totally makes them look younger XD and for the 1st time, i realised VAL's actually pretty good-looking *o*

oh & lastly, theres some news on MaveRick changing their name...i dont mind this much, since they arent disbanding ^_^ but if they really change their name to "EAT YOU ALIVE", i'll be really horrified!

Gah i'm soooo tired X_X
but thats only normal, considering i havent really slept much last night X_X
went to Zouk with my sis to collect her pay, then went off to sing karaoke at Cineleisure KBox. its around 11pm+ when we reached Cine, and we totally sang till 4am+, which is when her colleagues (who've knocked off from Zouk) came to fetch us.
so together with her colleagues, we went to this Dim Sum shop near the Mustafa area. so by the time i finally reached home, its like 7am already, and i have UED meeting in school at 11am.
well luckily, UED meeting was pretty productive today, considering i produced 2 templates.

i'm seriously gonna sleep real early tonight, but before that, i just have to listen to CANNONBALL vol.4 ^_^
i'm like nearly halfway through listening to the album, & i think its a really good omnibus album, except the fact that not all songs are new. i usually dont mind having songs on omnibus albums not being new ones, but in the case of DaizyStripper, i mind ALOT. but thats because i've been seeing their same old song DANDELION on every goddamn omnibus album that has DaizyStripper's name in it -_-" i love DaizyStripper & i love DANDELION, but this is getting sooo repetative, its ridiculous. D=OUT & Wizard used old songs too, but at least they dont do it as often.

and OMG Bergerac. maybe its just me, but it feels like these guys in Bergerac got some sort of enlightenment recently. their recent stuff after Yume ni Mau, Kimi no Sugata have all been soooo good! i suspect it could be that i've never paid close enough attention to their older stuff (even though i have their discography rotting in my ext HDD), but still, i love their recent works m(_ _)m

LOL POITRINE's song! XD i love POITRINE, and i absolutely adore Sayo's lovely vocals, but their song BATTERY Shounen just makes me wanna laugh XD whys the tune soooo terribly funny?! XD its seriously one of the cutest songs i've heard so far XD i think i can already conclude, at this point, that CANNONBALL vol.4 is definitely better than CANNONBALL vol.3. the songs on vol.4 are just way better IMO ^_^ even though vol.3 has bands like Guys Family, MSI, SuG & Viored, i didnt like all the songs there as much :P

oh & dang! i was gonna update my LJ archive list on SN again the other day, but failed! apparently theres a limit to how long 1 LJ post can be, & after updating, its too long already X_X

was reading my copy of Cure vol.58 just now, and i only just saw something really shocking. Loki's wearing a pair of freaking high heels!!! this issue of Cure has a feature on h.naoto, and various people are asked to be the models.
it so happens that Loki was one of the models. unlike the case with Baby the Stars Shine Bright (if i remember the name correctly), theres no need for the males to cross-dress here. so imagine how shocked i was, to realise Loki's actually wearing a pair of super duper high heels. its the exact type of heels i'll break my legs on O_O" i know Loki's wearing something really really complicated, but the heels......like i wonder if Loki can really manage to walk while wearing those O_O

Heh i seriously thought all the models are vocalists or something, since i keep seeing vocalists with each page i flip (except for the few whose band i'm not so familiar with). but thats all until i saw that fateful page with Denka & KURO. Denka makes KURO look really manly XD i absolutely love what KURO's wearing, but i nearly died when i saw his pink nails XD its like seeing a prince with pink nails? XD

and i've never exactly felt much about the vocalist of Watashime, but when i saw his face without any make-up at all in Cure's Style Council section, i died. He looks soooooo cute without make-up!!! *o* he looks like a really cute young boy! XD and his eyes!!! hes tooo cute to be true *o*
anyway, he looked good with make-up too ^_^ its just that he looks more his age with make-up on XD and i realised something else too...his lips are damn pretty *o* the shape of his lips are just really pretty IMO XD

some asshole on TW just asked for some certain VOB files to be uploaded.
normally, its none of my business. but this time, the files in concern are the 2 Viored PVs i uploaded.
like i ripped those 2 PVs from MY OWN DVD, meaning i bought it. and i'm 100% sure that the quality of my rips are the BEST, since i was dumb enough to rip those PVs at 100% quality. well that was the 1st time i attempted ripping any DVD, so i cant say much...but nevertheless, those rips of mine are like AVI versions of the VOB files on the original DVD already, having the same bigass filesizes and all...
but apparently this asshole has the cheek to complain about bad quality. its against my sharing policy to upload VOB files, and i really see no point anyway. i havent replied anything rude yet, so this asshole better STFU, or i'm gonna get nasty.

beggars can never be choosers alright. find your own goddamn 320kps CD-rips or VOB files yourself, if you can. people who dont even think twice before requesting for HIGHER QUALITY files should just die & burn in hell.
IMO, VOB files are for those who PAID for the DVDs. same goes to 320kps music. its good enough to have people who are generous enough to share the stuff they paid for, so stop being ingrates. its none of my business if other people decide to share the stuff they bought in the highest quality possible, but i'll NEVER see the need to ask for higher quality stuff unless the quality is really goddamn LOW. and with that i mean stuff like PVs that are about 10MB+ or <128kps music.

and i forgot to mention. i'm having such a major problem with this asshole on TW, also because he/she only has 6 posts on TW. and half of these posts are to request for higher quality PVs. WTF. like honestly, its like that asshole's going around comparing all the uploaded AVI files with VOB quality. thats retarded, because VOB files are holy for a reason. like have you ever bought a DVD which contains AVI files instead of VOB?
i dont see why that asshole should be bitching about the quality of Siva's Brave PV, saying crap such as "the screen & voice is horrible". that AVI file's a good 106MB already! now how often is it that we see AVI PVs that are larger than 100MB in filesize? and the usuage of the word "voice"...it can either mean Kairi sounds horrible, or the SOUND QUALITY is horrible. to make things worse, some freak pops out, agreeing with that asshole. so apparently there're more retards who compare AVI with VOB files than i thought _|_

Life's back to the dark side again.
i dont even know how i should feel about life anymore, when its apparently so sucky.
life truly sucks, and i'm starting to think i'm better off dead all over again.
its a chore to be alive.
somehow, this seems to be the only thought i have in my mind recently.
theres nothing i really wanna do anymore, except maybe to just keep on dreaming the dream in which i can be truly happy.

VK music and the people who produce them seem to be the only saving grace in my world now.

Alrite so the UED nightmare is finally over~!!!
next UED project is coming right up already, but at least we get to rest till next Tue before we get our new project brief :P

with UED and PP3 settled for the time being, i'm simply left with IST, AVFE & 2GA.
IST has to be submitted in class tomorrow, but thats not too bad since i've already written 2k words for my story. my target's 2.5k, so it just means i have to crap up 500 more words in class tomorrow. hope it wont be that hard :P

i'm more or less done with AVFE actually, except i've yet to add in some additional background music. i'm not too sure what music to add in, but it shouldnt be too hard? at least i'm pretty much done editting the whole damn thing. all thats left is to play around with more effects so i'll be able to secure a decent mark. i guess i'll settle all these tomorrow then.

i havent even touched on 2GA yet, but i think i will, soon. if i finish AVFE quickly tomorrow night, i might start on this.
but let's just hope its as easy as Nic claims, because i think i'm a total goner if anything goes wrong with the codes X_X my last comforting thought though, is that i'll always have friends to consult on this. afterall, codes can be copied, unlike creative ideas XD

cant wait for the holidays!!! but i have a feeling next week's gonna be hell, because i think i remember hearing somebody say something about tests for a few modules. it could be my imagination though...i'm not worried if theres ever gonna be a MDB test, but a UED test would mean hours spent trying to memorise theories off Eric's PPT slides X_X
but of course, nothing can be worse than a 2GA test, because the codes i can currently remember by heart are probably only enough to get me through PDA test. and PDA is like the programming module 2 sems back? -_-"
but ultimately, its still written tests > projects.

and yay GazettE's con photobook will be out on Thur! *o* but then again, god knows how long the stupid turtle mail CDJ uses will take to send it to my house X_X so i guess i really dont have to be so excited at all -_-"

i still have no idea which one is better, because they're both sucking so hard.
but at the end of the day, all i can do is to rant, since i cant ditch either one of them.
sad life indeed.

at last i have some time to be typing here, because i'm done with my PP3 preloader & AVFE 3min video, both due next mon. obviously i havent done a good job with them both, but who cares? at least i've got something done.
then theres the UED group project due next tue. but actually, i'm not that worried about this since its group work & i have a reliable team for the most part. doesnt matter though, i'll just mark the freeloader down in the peer evaluation report ^_^ as much as i practise favoritism, i wont be biased about this. its not like that ass really did anything much to be credited for anyway -_- with him or without him, i really dont see no difference.
complaints aside, i'm dying for the 2 week holidays which will come in 2 more weeks *o* gotta survive all the shit before that though...and that, is freaking hard.

weekends are here again, and i'm still dreading going to work.
nothing much happened at work actually, but i guess i'm just going through the whole new round of working-blues again. the only reason i'm not thinking about getting a new job, is simply because i dont even feel like working anymore. not with school project datelines flying towards me at break-neck speed nowadays...X_X
but i obviously cant quit. not when i still have soooo many things to buy X_X and that new GazettE limited edition 3 DVD concert set is gonna cost S$100+ *o* i'll seriously die if i fail to buy that one, so i cant quit working even if it means having no time to sleep T_T

on a slightly happier note, i've pre-ordered the limited edition of GazettE's new concert already! *beams* i loved NLSG's limited edition boxset like no tomorrow, so i cant wait to get my hands on this new one ^_^ Aug's still a long way away though...but i'll be pretty entertained with all the different things i've pre-ordered in the next few months until Aug comes XD
for some strange reason, i'm addicted to a few Amaterase songs recently. they have this strange sound that reminds me of Buddhist songs, but they still sound so good m(_ _)m
besides them, i'm also addicted to a few of Juka's songs *o* Baby Doll especially, gotta be Juka's best song IMO. still, its damn sad to remember the fact that Juka's retired T_T i miss him! T_T

was watching Ayabie's old PV collection DVD just now, and i've come to a certain conclusion regarding how i feel about Ryouhei. its not that i hate him, because i do think hes got talent even if most of his songs arent my cup of tea. but somehow i cant stand the sight of him X_X i just get this urge to kick something out of sheer irritation whenever Ryouhei appears in whichever PV i'm watching -_- and this isnt just the case for old Ayabie PVs...i react the same way when i watch Megamasso PVs too X_X his actions, his expressions, the way he carries himself etc just irritates me. i dont usually like attention whores unless they're real hot or funny :P
and i was totally waiting for 1 more member to appear throughout the 1st PV on the DVD (aka Taikanshiki Zenya PV), when i finally realised that its soooo not possible. Yumehito joined Ayabie AFTER Ryouhei left! so of course theres no way he'll appear in such an ancient Ayabie PV XD but i guess i'm just too used to seeing the current Ayabie line-up with Yumee XD and not to mention, Yumee > Ryouhei IMO ^_^

talking about recent releases, Matenrou OPERA's debut mini-album totally has all my love m(_ _)m
i just cant help feeling that their new line-up is a really good thing when i listen to all their releases after their new line-up :P
i'm really goddamn tempted to buy their new album now, but unless i can find the european ver of it, i will not buy it. the European ver of this mini-album basically has all the songs they released since their new line-up, which is like GILIA + Ruri Iro de Egaku Niji *o* but currently i cant even dream of ordering it, since i already ordered more than enough things this month X_X
i already bought SMILE's 1st anniversary album, SuG's debut full album & theres GazettE concert photobook coming up...i guess i can count the photobook in next month's budget, together with the GazettE Zy: mega edition though :P
but still, buying 2 releases per month is my limit. anymore & i can welcome the gaping-black-hole-in-bank back again X_X"

theres also GazettE's new live DVD i have to take into consideration...
according to sources, theres gonna be a 3 DVD limited edition that comes with a special booklet. this totally sounds like another NLSG limited edition, so i know roughly what to expect for the price. i remember buying NLSG for nearly 100SGD, so this new one wont be anything cheaper since everyone knows that prices will only go UP and not DOWN -_- but no matter the price, i'm determined to pre-order it as soon as i receive the notification mail from HMV Jpn ^_^

if i'm ever gonna squeeze in the cost of buying Matenrou OPERA's GILIA mini-album, its either July or Sept...but it can only be in Sept, provided i really have nothing to buy in that whole month (which i think is definitely impossible). so if my financial status in July is good, i can consider buying GILIA (provided the European ver is still available) ^_^
